I was pleasantly surprised that it really keeps you warm. It comes with a velor cover that is very soft.

Great warmer, strong heat!
This neck warmer is no joke! I sometimes work outside in early morning hours, and this warmer gets very hot, even on the lowest setting! Maybe it’s because i forgot to bring the gray cover for it, perhaps that would offset the direct heat a little. But as it is, it warms up very fast, and I have to adjust it so it’s laying on the neckline of my shirt, and not on my bare skin. When i am able to adjust it for comfort, this, along w an electric hand warmer in my pocket (also from Amazon) work together to combat the cold for me, and i am very sensitive to cold. The price could be a little cheaper, or insurance offered in case it breaks down, but all in all i am pretty pleased w this new device!

Powerful battery and long lasting charge
Extremely satisfied with this neck warmer so far. Great time on battery charge. At 45 Celsius it lasted 10 hours.The velvet sleeve is nice. I have a average size neck for a woman and it fits comfortable with room to spare.However, if your neck is larger it might be snug. Shouldn’t be huge issue since it expands a good amount!I will update this review if anything changes but so far it’s a good purchase!Btw I can’t find how to change from Celsius but that also isn’t a big issue.

The product is too small for a person with a large neck. It also should have more than 3 Heat settings. Not very comfortable.

Great- hot! Charging port cover flimsy
I have neck issues (EDS and CCI) and needed something that would help while I work. This heater charges quickly enough and lasts a long time on the lowest setting. I’ve used it daily (and nearly all day when I’m working) for a week or so and overall, I’m very pleased. It comes with a cover and the caveat to use it if you want to use the highest heat setting. Honestly, anything over 45C is too hot without the cover (and some days, even 45C is too hot without it). No complaints, just a heads up that you’ll want the cover. I do wish I could feel the heat better at higher settings with the cover on, but I can certainly feel the it, regardless. I docked 2 stars because today when I opened the charging port cover, it broke off. There’s a tab, so I can press it in to cover it but I’m not happy that I have to keep up with it. If it lasts and doesn’t burn me, I’ll be happy. Just wish the cover hadn’t come off.

Warm and lasts all day on low
I hurt my neck last winter in a fall and it gets stiff, especially now that the cold weather has settled in. I wear mine all day on low and it keeps me warm and helps lessen the pain I feel like night and day. I love mine so much I bought 7 more as Christmas gifts for my family who some work outside, and some go camping, so they will stay warmer. Wearing under a jacket or a turtleneck, it really helps to keep you warm. I love these!

At this price point, I was expecting a cheaply made item, which did the job and lasted maybe a year. I got an excellently engineered product. It’s nice plastic and silicone, easy to charge, nice tactile button, heats up very fast, and to different temperatures. It actually has USB c for charging, and I use it with the included cover which is nice and soft. Overall, one of the best bargains I’ve found on amazon.
