Great for cleaning teeth
Our dog loves it, it’s great for cleaning her molars. The rope is not as substantial as I had hoped, it doesn’t have the tassel and it’s a bit short. Otherwise we love it.

It’s holding up…. sort of
Our pup is a very aggressive chewer. The corn cob is keeping up with him but he is sawing off the top quarter as seen in the video. The end with the cord is solid and sturdy. The end he is chewing is very flimsy and soft. If the entire cob was as solid as the end with the cord he probably wouldn’t have been able to break through. On the other hand, if it was solid, I’m not sure he would enjoy chewing on it as much as he does. We are waiting for him to get that 1/4 removed so we can discard it for his safety. I feel like he is chewing it as if it is a piece of chewing gum. Just addicted to chewing. I will get him another one of these corn cobs. He is just getting so much satisfaction.

My dogs both love this
I wanted something that my 2 dogs would enjoy, while being safe for my old guy’s senior teeth, and gentle on my younger dog’s teeth. She has already broken a back molar chewing on a Benebone-type bone. She is an aggressive chewer, so I doubt it was the bones fault.
I schmear this with chicken baby food. It would also be perfect for peanut butter. Since both dogs love it, I need to order another!
One note, I do not allow them to munch on this for very long once the treat is gone. I am not sure how much continuous chewing it will stand up to.

Despite the disappointment with the squeaker, the chew toy itself remains functional for my Scottish Terrier’s chewing needs. The durability and ability to withstand his chewing habits are commendable. Nevertheless, the lack of a working squeaker does impact the overall experience and diminishes the toy’s appeal.
In conclusion, the Dog Chew Toy with Squeaker provides a mixed experience for dog owners. While it exhibits adequate sturdiness for moderate to intense chewing, the squeaker’s durability is a concern. The initial excitement and engagement diminish once the squeaker is destroyed. My 6 month old medium size pup loves this toy, chewing on it contentedly, and swinging it around his head by the rope “handle”. Only thing is the rope frayed quite easily, but at the moment pup can still swing the toy by the loose strands. Good for chewing on
