This collar is fantastic! I have been using on my dogs for about two weeks and it works great! It hasn’t had a single false positive, and it goes off every single time I expect it to. Update:Had about a month now and threw them both away. My dog was terrified of it. Every time they sneezed or shook their head it shocked them. I would just pick it up and show it to them and theyâd cower. Poor things! Finally they just stopped charging and wouldnât turn on anymore. Donât waste your money!Original:They work 80% of the time. The other 20%, they either donât do anything or they randomly shock your dog when theyâre just laying there. Very cheaply made and not reliable.

Bark collar arrived fast and as described. Easy to operate. I was worried it would not work as our dog has a thicker coat. She is Great Pyrenees- Akita cross but it does. I like the auto function as she barks when outside alone. Still working on getting settings right but very easy and love the various levels and options.Only con so far is that the collar does not hold charge as long as the receiver. However easy to recharge and fast.Have not tested the water resistance.

As mentioned in my title this is my third time purchasing this product in a different color. Works really well. You can turn any of the features off. For instance if you don’t want to use shock at all it can be set at zero. Very responsive. Work so well that I had to my sister a collar as well. This was the answer to my toy poodle’s excessive barking when we aren’t home problem… I have it on auto with sound and vibration only. Works like a charm and he’s not scared of the collar. Is anything, When I take it. Take it off he tries to get me to put it back on.Edit:5 stars to 3. Love the collar still. Quality is great. The only issue is THE CHARGER! it seems to be lower quality as two of mine broke and I’m down to 1. I don’t do anything really with them so it’s surprising it just stops connecting. I have been looking online for replacements and it’s seriously so hard to find. If the one I have breaks not sure what I’ll do with the collar.Disappointed in parts replacement but again collar and remote is great. Stays charged for a couple days.Second edit!Back to 5 stars. I contacted the manufacturer and through Amazon chat and they responded within a day so fast. This seemed to work well in auto-mode to teach our dog to cut down on the barking. We used it in auto mode so that it’d use the Vibration mode to gently remind our dog about barking. We had the shock function turned off, and we left the rubber guards on the collar. And yet today, while he was just sleeping on the floor in front of me, the collar starting going “BEEP!” like it does when he’s barking and triggering it – but my dog started howling in pain as it shocked him over and over. Our dog is 150 pounds, and I couldn’t approach him to get it off of him because he was in a paranoid state as it continued to shock him over and over. Eventually I managed to get it off of him, almost getting bitten in the process by a dog that would otherwise never bite.It went directly in the garbage where it belongs!

The 3 options of beep, vibration, or shock are all perfect for any occasion depending how distracted my dog is and the level of attention I require from him at the moment. The customer service of this company is just helpful and amazingly kind. I moved to a new city and through the move I actually lost my remote, I messaged the company and let them know that I needed a new one and they were more then happy to help me and make it quick and easy in all aspects. I like the light on the collar as well and I always think the fact that the symbol is infact a dog is just n added fun feature and one of the reasons I chose this particular collar.
