too many bugs and crashes
I have a lot of Acer computers for my small business – we need gaming type PCs for some of the work we do with heavy graphic demand. This was my first foray into an i9 processor (also wanted more RAM). I had high hopes, but they were quickly dashed. Lots of crashes from the start. I did all the windows updates but still had the PC lock up or blue screen of death. Even did an OS re-install to see if I got a bad one but even with that and re-installing all the drivers it kept having issues so it is being returned. Really too bad. Maybe just a lemon.
