This is a really nice, high quality pilates/yoga stretching strap kit. I love that it came with a door roller. That is what I was missing with just a strap to really get a good stretch. The fabric is strong and sleek, but soft and comfortable. I love the foot loops and color combination as well. Comes with some resistance band, but I already had plenty of those, so not as useful to me. I have put several sessions on this set so far and it is holding up really well and really helping improve my flexibility. I would say that it is at a pretty high price point for what you get, thus the one star deduction, but it is a good set!

Great Pilates set!
This set is great! It comes with the Pilates band thatâs long and has loops in it so you can customize it, resistance bands, and an anchor for the door. Thereâs even an app you can download that will give you exercises you can do. I really like this because I travel for work and this fits easily into a carry on without taking up too much space and Iâll have a workout in the hotel room. The straps are good quality and work very well, and the door stopper is a good one. Itâs super easy to use too. This is a great set and I highly recommend!

High quality but expensive
Dec. Wellness visit Doc said he wanted me to add exercise to almost daily walking. Discussing various forms of exercise with my granddaughter she said how much she’s enjoying her new Pilates class. What timing, saw this Pilates in a box, seemed to be the answer, so ordered it. When the box arrived, guess I was expecting more…such a small box. Big plus: The straps are really sturdy and well made. Big minus was seeing the app was only for a 7-day free trial…seems waaay too short a timeframe for the package price. Not at all techy, rather than looking at the app, next week will use the enclosed bag to bring my stuff to granddaughter’s…spending some time with her should be not only instructional but fun.
