My friend recommended these to me after I complained about how ineffective blue light glasses are. She is studying optometry, and she said that eye doctors recommend amber glasses instead of blue light glasses because they help with eye strain. These definitely help with eye strain, and my eyes feel much better when I work on my laptop. I just need to get the smaller size instead because the large ones are too big for my face, but other than that, they work great. Also, the glasses don’t have a rim so they scrape against your cheeks, but I saw another comment that said the smaller ones don’t do that, so I’ll have to give it a try.

They appear well-made, but my eyes begin to water after using them for a bit, which is not normal for me at all. Haven’t noticed any other difference in sleep quality, but I’ve only had them a short time.The fit is good for most people I think as my husband can wear them as well.

I have purchased many of the blue light blocking glasses on the market, and these have the best balance of everything one looks for in this product!Best bang for your buck on quality for the price for sure, a very clean package and presentation, and by far the most effective pair I have used out of all others that I have tried… This could be a placebo based on the feel of the quality and the clean packaging, but I am pretty sure that I noticed a substantial difference compared to others.Other brands have had clean packaging/presentation and lacked quality, while others have had poor presentation/packaging for the price. This product does help you fall asleep faster as night .Only negative is the strong plastic smell from the nose clips when you first start using but this goes away after a week or so .Would be better if the arms were a bit more flexible for when you turn your head to the side .
