Cute microscope. My 10yo daughter loved it!
I gave this to my daughter for Christmas and she was so excited about it. She always wanted a microscope, and I figured this would be a great starter device. It came with slides of things to look at, and it was fun to watch my daughter look at each slide and be fascinated by what she was looking at for an hour straight. Definitely a winner! 😀

Cute little science toy
My son got this for Christmas. Was worth the money. You could see all the slides clearly. My son was able to figure out how to use it on his own. Perfect size for what he uses it for. Easy to get it to focus on the slides.

Excellent STEM toy for the younger child 5+.
Klever Kits Microscope Explorer Set for Kids, 2 in 1 Science Experiment Toy with Portable Microscope and 12 Specimen Slides, 60X-180X, Educational Toys for Kids Aged 5+Iâm basing my 5-star rating on this microscope being used by children. Donât buy this and give it a bad rating because you as an adult canât see atoms or discover the cure for athleteâs foot. It is very basic. If your child has a natural curiosity theyâll love it. If youâre not so sure what stimulates the childâs imagination, this may help find out. It is a great STEM learning toy. The age indicated is 5+, and I would say that is about right. Younger than 5 probably wouldnât have the ability and patience to operate it correctly, or appreciate what they are viewing. I wouldnât give this to my 5 year old grandson for instance because he is still to spazzed out to get through preparing it without destroying it.Itâs made almost entirely of plastic, so lightweight but sturdy. The instruction book has full color photos and English words. Both are large enough that you donât first need the microscope to look at them. It is fairly simple to operate but the younger the child is, the more help they will probably need from you in learning how to adjust things so that they can actually see the objective. There are two lights for different usage situations. One requires button batteries which are supplied and preinstalled. The other light requires one AAA battery which you must supply. There are 12 premade specimen slides and 4 blank slides for making your own. All slides are plastic. There is a phone mount for attaching to the microscope and taking photos or just viewing the specimen. The photo Iâve posted shows one of the premade slides with rabbit hair. Reminds me of the toy microscope I had as a kid, only it was all metal with real glass slides and a big heavy metal box.

Fun toy
A great toy for a kid that loves science and germs. The microscope is a decent quality and the magnifier view is ok.

Perfect Kit For Kids
Great gift for kids & lots of fun. Easy to set up, just put in some batteries & you’re ready to go. I love that it comes with prepared slides to use right away. The scope is easy to get a clear image & is made of hard plastic so it won’t breask easily. You can take the scope apart to use the travel piece. The travel scope is great to zoom in on objects in nature & can definitely keep any kid busy outside. Great learning tool to get kids interested in science. Absolutely love it & it’s at a great price point. Lovely product

It’s just ok!
I don’t like how easily it falls apart. If you can keep it together it’s works ok. I will be purchasing a different style most likely. My 6 year old has a very hard time getting it to focus in and when she finally can it falls apart and sends her into a downhill spiral. ð

A big hit with our students!
The kids had an absolute blast with this little microscope! It’s the perfect size for little hands and little faces to explore the even tinier world around them. They all felt like scientists for the day. It’s very easy to assemble, it comes with a variety of slides and some that worked perfectly for our unit on plants! It’s also compact enough to store away somewhere up in your cabinet instead of taking up tons of counter space. This is an inexpensive, fun way to introduce your students or your children to science! This would make a wonderful holiday gift for a child or a teacher!
