    I just started using this book to work up to a daily chair yoga routine. I haven’t even used the online video resources because the explanations and photos in the book make it so easy to follow. The format is great: large pages, reasonable typeface, so that I can actually read and follow it while doing the exercises. The only thing that could improve it would be a spiral binding so that it can lay flat. Other than that, this book has made it so easy to jump into doing chair yoga!
