Comfortable fit!
These padded bike shorts are a great choice for wearing underneath everyday shorts for riding. I use them to augment the G-Form EX-1 impact shorts because of their flimsy chamois and for my Leatt 5.0 impact shorts because of no chamois. They remain airy and practically unnoticeable when riding on hot summer days. They are short legged so they do not ride up underneath impact shorts or regular casual riding shorts. The padding was of course a tad stiff right out of the box, but softened up nicely after the first wash or two. I do recommend these for the stitching quality, comfort and price.

Revised: Ohuhu vs Przewalskiâ Minimal vs Moderate
So, this is an upgraded review from 2 to 4 stars. I gave these OHUHU shorts another try after using for a week the padded liners by PRZEWALSKI. For a recreational rider like me on 90-minute slow rides, the Ohuhu are enough protection while being less bulky driving to and from my biking location.INSEAM: As previously stated, the OHUHU inseam is short. No leg bandâ turned out in actual use to not be a problem.FIT: The XL waist size fit true. Iâm an athletic build 5â11 / 197 lbs. I may also try the 2XL which will provide another inch of inseam length according to the sizing chart. The PRZEWALSKI size XL also fit true.CONSTRUCTION:OHUHU is a lighter duty short with a thin 1/2â waistband contrasted to the mighty PRZEWALSKI with a 1.5â real waistband. Ohuhu has no leg band elastic, and overall has 5% less Spandex.PADDING: I have a specialized saddle by IMS. The OHUHU shorts worked on this noseless saddle better than the other brand whose heftier DU PONT Coolmax lined pad was kind of crowding my crotch. If I had a conventional hard saddle with a nose and rode long distances leaning forward on a road bike, or had tenderness in my sit bones, then Iâd favor the Przewalski. They are really in a category at least one ABOVE the Ohuhu as reflected in the elastic bands, finish, and padding. To me they all have a puffy diaper feeling; however, the Ohuhu seemed less so. Also the shorter inseamâwithout those rubber leg elastic bands, which I kind of thought were desirableâallowed the shorts to rise up in a good, supportive way for me on my saddle and in my upright riding posture on a hybrid bike.Like me, you may have to try them on a ride. The fit on the saddle may be better than that experienced by simply walking around during an initial âdressing roomâ try on.In the photo the Ohuhu have the blue pad. The yellow Przewalski pads are so robust they wanted to stand up on their own and cycle away:)They are not the same quality, but both are excellent values for what they are designed to do. So choose lightweight vs heavier weight padding protectionâminimum vs. moderate.

Ohuhu vs. Xcellent Global vs. Baleaf
It was difficult for me to tell which was âbestâ based on the descriptions and reviews so I decided to order one each of the Ohuhu, Xcellent Global and Baleaf to decide for myself.Overall, all three do a nice job of providing padding where needed, help keep me dry (and thus prevent chafing) âdown there,â dry quickly, are comfortable, and appear to be wearing well. After I have ridden, and then gotten off the bike, none of them have that âfull diaperâ feel when I walk around. None of them have a significant âconâ though there are some differences which might sway your decision as a âpro.â Do note that the sizing varies among the threeâ¦I am 5â8â with a 41â waist and 39â hips. Based on comments, I ordered the XXL size for Xcellent and Baleaf and the XL for Ohuhu.Waist size (no stretch, full stretch): Baleaf (XXL) 32â (50â full stretch); Ohuhu (XL) and Xcellent (XXL) 28â (48â full stretch).Inseam â 2â Ohuhu, 3â Baleaf, 4â XcellentThe pad is very similar on the Ohuhu and Baleaf. Slightly different on the Xcellent, but all three are comparable and adequate.Differences:Ohuhu has a more open weave in the fabric â might offer slightly better cooling but havenât had any heat issues with the other pairs.Baleaf â grippy elastic at bottom of legs â may help keep the legs from creeping up, though havenât found it to be a problem on the other two pairs.

Excellent cycling shorts for the price
I bought one pair of these a few years ago, put about a year of riding on them, and eventually bought a 2nd pair because they were so effective for the cost. I felt they deserved a positive review since I’m still using them today.I wear 34-36 waist usually and the XL has fit well and comfortably since day one. For my legs the elastic grip works plenty well, never noticed any slipping issues. The actual pad makes a considerable difference on long mountain bike rides. Much less pain on the sitting bones.I think these are a great product and save me from having to buy overpriced boutique riding underwear.

Waist band is shot, but Customer Service came through
Original Review: Comfy enough shorts, but the waistband lost all elasticity after one year. That was my original review, but the company reached out to me, unprompted, with an offer to try another pair, even tho I was outside of the warranty period. They asked for nothing in return–no shipping charges, no favorable review-nothing. A far cry from the solicited reviews that make up so much of Amazon’s productreviews. So, I’ll stay with these guys. Comfortable, lightweight shorts that don’t slip up my thighs. And very affordable ones at that.Props to their excellent Customer Service.

OK for the Price
As others said, the material is thin but I find it to be ok as the padding is thick and dense enough. The sizes run a bit large. If you are on the border between sizes, I recommend the smaller size. I bought a second pair. Even if they don’t last too long, at this price it’s a deal.

Quality product
Fit and functional are great. Awesome price point

Very good fit, was worried that the leg length being so short would be a problem as I often cheaper shorts ride up my leg. Strangely as the leg length is cut so short there is no gathering of the material at all – brilliant. A great undershort bike pants, won’t go back to normal bike pants.

Great value, yet to use J. Anger but I think my butt will thank me.

I’m 5’7, weigh 180 lbs. I thought that I would have to size up so I ordered a large. Mistake. The large was way too big. I returned them and ordered a Small. These now fit really well.Fit is snug as cycling pants should be. Fabric has lots of stretch. Not made of cycling lycra. They are short, not necessarily meant for outdoor, but great for indoor cycling. Pad is placed well. Comfortable.I think they are good value.

Sport bien et il ne faut pas oublier de prendre 1 à 2 grandeur plus grande. Sinon vous ne pourriez pas les enfiler ð¤ð¥´

Bought two shorts so one is always laundered and ready to use. Spent some hours in these and found them to be pretty comfy. The padding does get warm but that is not a problem at least for this time of year. They aren’t pleasant to walk around in but that is true of most padded shorts. The padding definitely helped reduce the pressure points making longer rides easier. All in all, I would recommend these underwear shorts as an affordable and effective way to cut down on the pressure and friction from bicycle seats.
