Nice case; great customer service
I really like the fact that the kickstand will hold the phone in either the portrait or landscape mode. I had a problem in that I tried to remove the case when it was really cold and I broke the outer bezel. Contacted customer service and they were great; replaced the part no questions asked even though it really was my fault the frame broke.I have 2 other Supcase Beetle cases on tablets and they the best cases I’ve used.

Size Matter
I am going to cut right to it. Seller and delivery, right on time and as advertised. What the advertising doesn’t tell you: No screen “protector”, but it does come with the plastic film screen cover and for you to add a screen protector. While the film was flimsy, the fingerprint reader was fine. And with the belt clamp, you can easily protect the screen without any additions. It has nothing other than the raised edge. It is also extremely bulky. Either you like it or not. I am in construction, so it had better be rugged. SO far, this meets expectations. However, I also have to consider dust and water. While I did not submerge my new $1k phone in water, it did get some water on it and no issues. Dust protection: one week at work and the inside of the case showed it when I took my phone out of the case. I want to say, I am speaking from the extreme side of this for dust protection. Normal use with this case will probably work for every day use. But if you are not the normal day user, then these things should be considered: the case is bulky, dust protection is not as good as I wanted, easy to install and it does provide for you to add screen protection and lens protection can be added. I am not a tester, so I can’t tell you how far you can push it, but a couple of weeks on construction sites, this case has protected from falls, light water exposure, and a ton of sheetrock dust, saw dust, dirt (here I caution because I checked the case and it had dust inside), and as for fall protection (most angles would be covered in a fall, I think the screen would crack if something fell on it). For normal users, this case is more than what you need. Value, quality, delivery, and ease of use this case meets or exceeds, so 5 stars. I would have like better lens / screen protection, but if you read the description, it delivers here, just wasn’t as clear on protecting the screen from items hitting the screen. It is just a plastic film. I doubt dropping the phone would damage the phone, but I’d bet a new phone that if you are like me and your phone is dodging things “falling” on the screen, the screen isn’t going to survive well. And if you are looking for a sleek, slim case, this isn’t it. But if you can use a larger case and you don’t have small hands (I have a 5 year old who uses the phone too) then it won’t slip but it is bulky)

Good case but unable to use fingerprint to unlock.
As the headline says. The build quality and protection itself is solid everything else (including wireless charging!) appears to work properly but once the screen protector part was installed I was unable to either unlock it with a fingerprint or, more importantly, even register a new fingerprint.If you don’t care about that or use some other method to unlock the phone then consider this a five-star instead. But… since fingerprint unlocking was one of the features I was looking for I can’t help but give it a mid rating myself.EDIT: Seller promptly got in touch me and offered a replacement Part. Definitely 5* now!

This case is pretty amazing drop it 4 time and drove over it by accident and still intact not scratches nothing and I was going what.. no way all around this case is great plus u get belt phone clip that works great and lock your phone on place and then you get a phone holder at the back to watch your video and you get and screen protector that work great this save my 1800 dollars phone from all damaged worth the money all days 👍
