Great minimalist wallet, after some modifications
This is a great super thin wallet.I carry five cards (three in their own slots and two sharing a slot). I guess it could hold more, but it might not be the best wallet if you need to carry seven or more cards.This wallet is perfectly fine for carrying cash (in the US). On a typical day I have six bills in the wallet folded in half. It is simply not true that you need to fold US dollars twice to fit in the wallet. While the wallet will hold more, any more than ten bills is pretty bulky. A “problem” though is that you have to remove all the bills even if you just need one. In some public situations, this makes me uncomfortable.The Herschel tag on the outside is VERY obnoxious. I immediately removed it with a seem ripper. At a glance, you will not notice that the wallet was modified. If you’re looking for it (and the angle and light is right) you can see a rectangular set of tiny holes from where it was stitched on. I also removed the tag from inside the center of the wallet.I’ve had it for a year or so. There is some minor pilling along the bottom of the wallet, but the front, back and other three sides are not showing any wear.

Third Herschel Charlie wallet Over the years
This is the same wallet make and model Iâve had for the past 6 years! Best pros of this wallet are its thin durable construction, they normally last me 2 years before I get bored of how it looks and get a different design, otherwise would last longer! The only con for me is its main pocket.. used for paper cash is pretty tight and can only fit about 10 bills. Especially because of the product tag being in there makes it hard to fit money.. really wish they would get rid of tag inside this pocket. Very annoying sometimes

Does its job perfectly
I’ve been using this as my main wallet for a couple months and I love it. Sometimes you need both hands to pull a card out, but I much prefer they stay in place vs. easily falling out. There’s room for a small wad of bills in the center fold which should be plenty for anyone interested in this type of wallet.

Got the card protection. I tried to scan a tap feature with the card in the wallet and it did not work so it does have protection to prevent somebody from reading your card information.
