The claim process was easy to initiate online or by calling the 800 number. Some basic information was gathered and then I submitted some photos of the broken chair. A day or two later a decision was made about the next step. In our case, the protection plan was going to pay out the warranty. Good for extended protection

This process was so easy. I called the claims department, let them know what happened and a resolution was made within 24 hours. I would definitely use them again. One thing that everyone should know though is that when being issued a refund, it is only for the price paid for the item. Tax, shipping and any other add ons are not included.
