Great couch-potato hiking!
I have a number of Tony’s Relaxation-Nature videos and this is a little bit different. There are a few people shown. But I really like this video. It’s like walking through the tropics. There are three films: 1) :24 minutes through heavier jungle growth, rock walls along side the path, and some unusual creeks. 2) :21 minutes along beaches and tidal flats. And 3) :19 minutes in more open jungle and more creeks. The camera stops at some scenic spots and also shows monkeys, birds, and a few other animals. The video quality is excellent. Even when the camera moves close by tree trunks, there are no distortions. All shot in scenic areas of Thailand.

Nice for walking on trampoline.
Overall I liked the video, and use this while walking on my trampoline.However, I did not like it when the current scene was cut to another scene. I become investing in knowing what’s around the bend.Also, I would like to see a full length video of bicycle riding on the Olentangy River Trail, stretching from Worthington, Ohio past Ohio State University and ending in downtown Columbus, Ohio.I would also like to see a full length video of bicycle riding on the Monon Trail in Indianapolis, Indiana, stretching from Noblesville, Indiana to downtown Indianapolis, Indiana.

Poor scenery…boring
Boring..disappointing as same scene goes on and on. Yes finally you see the ocean for a few seconds then into even more boring wooded trail… I ended at this point. New to stationary recumbent bike and better free movies available. Wasted my money and time on this purchase.

You Won’t Regret It!
Love it…another great CD! Once again, gorgeous, smooth photography. I took a chance and bought this for jogging (my husband) and walking (me) on the treadmill and we love it. With so much ice this winter, sub zero temps or winds we needed something to keep us on the treadmill. This CD is it. The pace on all three of these is great, not slow and keeps you moving. Love the scenery, so much to enjoy. I myself, start with the walk through the woods since it changes the least and just let the video run. The CD changes scenes automatically so I never have to worry…just keep walking. Highly recommend!

Nice pics but can’t get a disc that isn’t defective
When I received the disc, it was loose in the container – the read side of the disc was completely scratched in every direction. Obviously the disc came loose in the container and that is what scratched it. I returned it and purchased another one – the same thing, completely scratched. I also bought another disc from this company for my treadmill and… would you guess?…the same thing. The cases they come in are really cheap and the holder in the middle is not strong enough to hold the disc – I tried (it wasn’t broken) and the disc won’t stay put. Sorry, all three went back. Too bad, because I liked the visuals but won’t buy anything from this company again.

Beautiful tour through the woods in the fall and through deep gorgeous canyons. Speed of the video goes well with how i ride on my stationary bike.Thank you for making my workout fun. Seriously, I don’t want to stop riding.

J’ai l’habitudes des vidéos qui “avancent” tout le long quand je fais du vélo d’appartementil y a certes des images sympas mais c’est parfois comme un documentaire avec des arrêts, des canards ou des oiseaux que l’on “regarde”, cela ne m’a pas convenu

Hier wurden sehr schöne Strecken zusammengestellt – einmal durch Wälder, zweimal BergstraÃen entlang – alles tatsächlich in sehr schöner farbenprächtiger Herbststimmung. Mir gefällt alles sehr gut … und ohne diese DVDs geht’s gar nicht mehr auf dem Hometrainer 😉
