I thought Iâd found the perfect backpack
Iâve been looking for a backpack for commuting to work and travel. My requirements were that it holds my mammoth laptop (17in. brick for my type of work) which I know it says it will hold a 16â but I was hoping! I also really wanted 2 water bottle pockets, a luggage pass through (which the Berkeley doesnât have); and also that it stands up on its own so itâs not a pain to load and unload. It does! My other requirements seemed to be the most difficult, I didnât want it to be too outdoorsy and the color had to be black or somewhat neutral, and lastly cost $100ish or less. I love the look of the Berkeley it comes in black and the price is perfect, the luggage pass through I can live without but my laptop only fits in the main compartment making it cumbersome to access other things. It would be a great travel backpack with my personal laptop. The main compartment would be plenty big for all the in flight necessities. Itâs comfortable on my petite frame and doesnât look like a childâs backpack or Iâm getting ready to go on a hike! The quality looks like typical North Face – totally wished the laptop sleeve was like an inch wider! 5 stars because it is (almost) perfect!

LOVE this cute little backpack!
Iâve been a big fan of The North Face product line for years. Their jackets and coats hold up beautifully and really stand the test of time. Well, this adorable little backpack is no exception. Itâs stylish and very well made, plus it holds a shockingly large number of items while still being light enough to easily and comfortably carry. (I have a 4 level 360 lumbar fusion and I canât carry much weight, 5-10lbs max.) I bought this bag for a recent Alaskan Cruise and it was perfect. I was able to fit my entire medium sized purse inside, along with my Nintendo switch, a paperback book, a light jacket, my water bottle and quite a few snacks. This is now my go to travel backpack for every occasion. If you are on the fence, buy it! You wonât be disappointed.

Well designed, well made, good size (even for a kid)
I purchased this for my 4.5 year old daughter to use for school. I wanted a separate flat compartment for papers (she has homework this year); a large compartment for her lunchbox, sweatshirt, etc.; at least one small compartment for miscellaneous treasures; and a water bottle pocket that was not mesh (the mesh always tears). It was impossible to find a kid’s backpack with a separate compartment where her papers wouldn’t get smashed when she crammed other things into her backpack. And this was the smallest backpack I could find anywhere that met my criteria. It’s really well made, has not gotten dirty despite the light-colored fabric and bottom, and actually fits her fine (although she’s big for her age). It would be a fine size for an adult too–I like it so much I would use it myself!

Great small backpack, the quality is good and quite comfortable. The strap does rub when you wear a tank top while using the bag. Large waterbottles also fit, which is nice.

I LOvE THIS BACKPACK
its the perfect size, its the perfect look, its the perfect feel. The color is the perfect amount of vibrancy, the pockets are super handy. you can fit a big hydroflask in the pockets cuz they stretch. (brilliant right?) Can’t reccommend enough.

Great size, smaller human
The backpack is very sturdy with great feature pockets. Two on the side, two mesh inside, a separate laptop sleeve and a front pocket. We are using it for our toddler age boys for a plane ride and it fits a little big but I love how durable it is, I am 5â1 size 8 jeans and fits great, my husband is 6â4 and he feels it is too small for his frame
