Works great, battery is great, range from camera is great. Use it while doing outdoor chores all the time. Pans almost the whole room, good sound.5 stars from me all day.

Inconsistent Audio Capability
We have had this product for almost a year and then we had another baby, so we needed a second videocam. This one we got in the mail started off with quality audio capabilities. We could hear any audio from the room this camera was in clearly. After about two weeks, the audio started to be spotty. There were hours during the night where the audio did not work. We thought it might be a bad connection, so we unplugged the camera and restarted it. The inability to hear the audio was still taking place about every other day for the past few weeks. This is concerning due to the fact that we are relying on this product to help us with feeding times, etc. I wish we could get a replacement to see if that would solve the issue.

Doesnât work properly
The sound did not work on camera. I purchased as a baby shower gift.

Nasty USED one came!!
I ordered NEW one and got a USED one!! Nasty food oil is all around the top of box. Also the camera lens seal sticker is off the lens!!

Audio goes out randomly
We had the original camera and monitor for about 3 years. It had worked great. We added a second camera for our second child. Then the audio started stopping on the cameras randomly. The only way we have found to remedy this is to unplug the camera and plug it back in. Not ideal when there is a sleeping baby in the room.This is a major flaw in my opinion. I just transitioned my daughter into her own room. Sheâs been waking up 2-3 times per night still. Last night I thought she slept through the night⦠turns out the audio stopped in the middle of the night :((

SCARY
I ordered 2, the first one paired fine but the second one… The camera was moving on ITS OWN, WHILE NOT CONNECTED TO MY MONITOR. I plugged it in and then it suddenly starts rotating then once it didn’t catch anything the camera started moving up and down as if someone else was already connected to it.
