The only screen protector brand I use
This review is for, “Supershieldz (3 Pack) Designed for Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2023) “I love Supershieldz tempered glass screen protectors. There, I’ve said it. I’ve tried other brands and other materials (ie plastic) but I kept coming back to this one. Now I just buy these and I’m done. The quality is always superb as is the fit. I have never had air bubbles with Supershieldz tempered glass. And the install method is superb. I’ve done dozens of these and I still use the install video from the link in the instructions booklet – it’s perfect and allows me to follow along step by step. Could I do it without the video? Sure, but it’s become such a habit and I like the pacing and I always end up with a perfect phone or tablet, every single time. Also, no problems with their screen protectors after many, many years and unlike plastic they don’t scratch easily. And they wipe clean easily, i use glasses cleaning fluid.

Original review: I applied the screen protector to my phone shortly after delivery. First piece of glass went on smoothly, but immediately I noticed a notch on the left side of the glass causing what looked to be a piece of dust refracting light around it. Upon further inspection, it was a slight, but enough, notch to cause the refracted light.No big deal. It’s a 3 pack. I removed the glass, confirmed the notch, then put a second piece on, and lo and behold, the same thing. This time just further up the same side.It would appear the manufacturing process used here is causing this. Maybe these just slipped through quality control. Frustrated, I repacked the first piece, inspected the third confirming a slight notch on it as well, and left the second one on bc my phone should, for now, be protected. It’s hardly an eye sore, but one nonetheless.I am strongly considering returning this product bc of this. I have always done well applying screen protectors to my phones and am 100% certain of the issue and it’s origin here.Hoping to get a response and proper resolution from Supershieldz.**Please note that these are not chips or cracks in the protectors that I am referring to. These are normal cuts made when making each protector from a much bigger piece of material, in this case 9H tempered glass. This 3 pack, and I assume others, just didn’t come out as smooth causing the refracted light on the left edge, possibly confirming the place where each cut was made. Typically, these cuts are rendered non-existent by the end of manufacturing. Not in this case.UPDATE: Customer service quickly responded and without hesitation sent me a replacement 3 pack and the pieces in that set were perfect. The one I applied fit perfectly and looked like it came on the phone to begin with. Happy customer all around!

Good product. Not broken

Their screen protectors are great and I have used the on several phone. This particular one doesn’t fit perfectly. About 1/8″ around the sides and bottom do not completely confirm/stick well to the screen. Will see in a few weeks if this becomes an issue if lifting off completely. Normally. Their fit is exact but not so much on this one. More to follow… After using the protector for a couple months, the protector has loosened around the edges and a few dust particles have made it onto the screen and the only option was to put a new screen protector on so have now used 2 of the three in 6 weeks. Not great performance and still not fitting to the edges as it should. Stays on well, just irritating dust gets under it with only light use. Have to downgrade to 3 stars.
