Meets expectations
So far, so good.I like how easy it is to install. It comes with everything you need to clean your screen, align the protector and minimize bubbles. It fits well on my phone and does not overlap with the case.I would like it to be slightly wider to cover the whole screen but I’d rather a little less than too much.I do use the fingerprint sensor and its about 60-75% sensitive. Sometimes it doesn’t pick it up as well as it did without the screen protector but it’s not that big of a deal to me.I have dropped my phone a few times and have some minor crack in the protector but that’s what it’s there for, to save my screen from suffering the same fate. Its also helpful that 3 come in a pack for efficient replacement when needed. This is my second time buying this brand for a phone. I previously used it for a pixel 3 and it worked well then. I’m overall satisfied with the product and would likely buy from them again if I need a protector for this or future phones.

Good Protection
Good price, good prduct that is easily applied, fits perfectly, and does the job. I consider this a good purchase for my Pixel phone.

Great Price Point…
I bought this screen protector a few days after purchasing a Google 7a. It was a good price point and arrived pretty quickly to Puerto Rico. Works as designed but one thing I noticed immediately after installation was that the finger print authentication began to give me problems and would not unlock the phone. I changed the sensitivity setting on the phone and it helped some what but I still have issues unlocking my cell using the fingerprint option. Just sharing…other than that matter, the screen protector was easy to install and serves it’s purpose.

Protect well
I will not, in the foreseeable future, have a phone without getting one of these shields. They have saved many a screen. It is a bit annoying for fingerprint recognition, but it can work with a bit of patience.

Protect your screen, please!
I’ve used all 3 by now, will probably order more once my current one takes some alimate damage from Irene knows what!I’ve had no issues with it not reading my finger print, and they have worked well for what they are intended to do!Screen 1: I messed up bad putting it on (always happens to the best of us)Screen 2: Survived a face down to a bathroom floor when I couldn’t get it to stay in a pocket, only cracked in the top corner minimally and last about 6 months till I (finally) decided to change it.Screen 3: (current) have had no issues, still going strong a month in!

Great screen protector – but fingerprint scan/touchscreen is compromised
I used a Supershieldz screen protector for my previous Pixel phone (it was a 4a so the fingerprint scanner was on the back of the phone rather than on the screen) and it was a great product that worked perfectly. When I upgraded to the Pixel 7, I decided to once again go for a Supershieldz screen protector. Google cautions to only use Google protectors but those are 5x the price of this for a single protector and most of the reviews here said that the fingerprint sensor still worked with the screen protector, so I decided to give it a try. Installation is easy, especially if you’ve had a Supershieldz product before. The only trouble I’ve had is that the fingerprint sensor no longer works. I had already set it up before installing the screen protector so I deleted those fingerprints and decided to rescan them with the screen protector on and also change the sensitivity settings. When I tried to rescan my fingerprints, it did not sense them at all so I haven’t been able to use that for the screen lock which is much easier and faster than the other options. So for right now I’m using this product but I may choose a different screen protector in order to have a different locking mechanism setup. It’s definitely great for protecting the screen – I’ve dropped my phone a couple of times and it hasn’t cracked at all thanks to the case and the screen protector but I can definitely tell that it negatively affects not just the fingerprint scanning but also the general touchscreen capability of my phone.

Too tight a fit for Otterbox Commuter on a Pixel 7a
Bought this for my wife’s Pixel 7a which uses an Otterbox Commuter case. The soft rubber bumper edges of the Commuter encroach far enough into the phone’s bevel, touching/reaching the Supershieldz screen protector. I wouldn’t consider this a 1-star rating issue in on itself, HOWEVER the EDGES of the Supershieldz tend to NOT adhere to the phone (all around, 1mm non-contact with glass of Pixel 7a). I think it’s a tad too big for the phone, over-extending into the rounding of the bevel given it’s so uniform around the perimeter. The phone itself – bought used from eBay – came with an included screen protector which we attempted to use with the Otterbox, but it was so big the edges would encroach on the rubber bumper of the Otterbox causing it to warp up, creating big areas of non-contact, so big it would make tapping on the screen hard to detect. The Supershieldz are smaller and more size-appropriate, but still too big for the Commuter.

The tempered glass is good. I still have them, but the adhesive makes it hard to apply.
