Amazing deal!!!!
So I bought this laptop in 2020 originally, and it was perfect until I broke it (which was entirely my own fault lol, nothing wrong with the laptop itself). Luckily I managed to find this listing again and got another this year, and it’s just as great as the first!! The screen is bright and has no scratches or anything, the keys all work, it came with a working charger too. It has a sliiiight dent near one of the front corners on the outside, but honestly you can’t even tell unless you’re actively feeling it out!Super great deal for a broke student trying to get an actual laptop that will work for more than a semester or two! I don’t particularly care about having “new” apple products though, to be fair. Lol.

Excellent condition means excellent condition
From the time I unboxed the MacBook Air I was impressed , it was as if someone bought the laptop and decided they no longer wanted it (looks to have been used very little to not at all. The only area containing some wear was on the latches that hold the screen to the keyboard and thatâs no evennoticeable I had to look for it. Battery has been holding a charge as if it was new no issues there which is a big relief. Overall for what it is itâs 5 stars in my opinion. If anything changes within the first month or two Iâll update but it doesnât seem like that will be an issue at this point. Good buy would recommended if you canât afford a brand new MacBook but want something not too outdated or too overpriced.I do need to add one thing the color I choose was gold and upon arrival it was rose gold but for me I was super excited as I prefer that but maybe a different person might not be as happy as me.

Disappointed is an understatement, falsely advertised, not excellent condition, not even usable
This product was advertised to be in excellent condition BUT it was so far from that. It was not even usable. It was dirty with a sticker applied to the top and bottom of the laptop to cover blemishes and scratches/dents. The battery didn’t work and had to be plugged in to run, battery health said “in need of service”. This was advertised as 80% or better battery life. The machine took 3 hours to boot up and complete the setup process, the slowest running machine I have ever experienced. After clicking an option, it would take 10-20 minutes to open an app or move to the next step. This laptop obviously was never quality controlled, tested or cleaned before being sent. The only reason it gets one star is the return process is simple through Amazon, and I will get a full refund but will never trust this company with a refurbished laptop in the future. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and we were extremely disappointed on Christmas Day.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was so skeptical of buying a refurbished mac, especially one that was like half the cost of an actual mac. It came very fast and I’m honestly shocked at how perfect it is. I saw some other reviews about having scratches, a bend, or other issues but I’ll happily say I have none of those. I’ve had it for a few days and everything works great, the battery doesn’t deplete fast, and I’m just very pleased with this. I love that it came with a charger too. I really have no complaints, if you’re on the fence about buying one let my unpaid self be the one to say do it! I took the same risk and I’m really glad I did!

Perfect macbook
I was very skeptical about ordering a refurbished MacBook but I was in desperate need of a new computer to use for college since my old one I canât use it unless itâs on the charger 24/7. I ordered it Sunday night and received it today so Iâve only been using it for 4 hours but so far I have had zero issues with it. Battery life is perfect. Was really slow at first but did an update and now itâs working just like how it should! I was expecting at least a few scuffs and scratches and it came with absolutely nothing!

Great condition, zero issues setting it up. Great way to get my 8 year old a pretty good computer for the same price as a crappy brand new one that will end up frustrating her. Will update if anything changes but so far itâs great! Hopefully it wonât be totally obsolete too soon.I ordered 2 and the other one was not going through the set up properly and I was able to return it with zero issues for a full refund.

If it werenât for the generic white box, you couldâve fooled me this MacBook is brand new. Excellent quality. I also checked the battery health and itâs listed as ânormalâ.The only complaint I have (and itâs really not a big deal) is it was wiped back to 2019, and thus, had to install the new operating system. But thatâs hardly worth mentioning. Very pleased.
