Replacement rollers for Very Old Total Gym
Our old Total Gym is way over 20 years age! We set it up one day, and tried to use it, but the old rollers were breaking apart (thought it was loose macaroni at first) as the kids pulled up and down… That inspired my husband to hit the home gym more, so went online, at Amazon of course, and found these replacement wheels. An easy swap out/update, and the gym is working like a charm! Perfect replacements and we are happy to report that our Total Gym is now refurbished!

Fit my Nu Step TRS 4000 seated stepper.
Rollers for my seated stepper from 20 years ago are no longer available. These are half the price and make an excellent replacement. I just had to add spacers and slightly smaller diameter metric bolts and locknuts.ð

Did not match my existing wheels
This was something that was to replace the wheels I had on my old Aero Pilates unit. I entered the model number and all pertinent information and this is what was recommended. The center hole on the new wheel is much smaller even though the outside diameter of the wheel is correct. Had to search at several hardware stores for a bolt and nut that would fit the new wheel.

Fit is close washers are handy, good replacement wheel and bearing for my 20 year old 4500 Pilates machine. I wish they would have come with the bolt, that was the correct size, as the opening does not fit the original bolt.
