Oatmeal (just oatmeal without added sugar or flavors) has been my favorite breakfast for a long time. Been using quick oats cooked in microwave, but recently switched to rolled oats. It is a little cumbersome than quick oats, but longer chewing must be better for me.After boiling, I simmer this for 15 minutes to achieve the softness, since I tend to chew less after 16 hours of fast. After eating the mixture of raw veggies and fruits together with cubed cooked chicken meat, eating about 1/2 cup of this oatmeal makes me feel full and lose fat. I have never been a huge fan of any fad diets, but the 16:8 intermittent fasting together with regular exercise helps me lose weight and improvement in general wellbeing. This oat product is good for my breakfast and for light snack sometimes, so I will keep buying it.

The ultimate in sprouted grains
They are kind of pricey, but they are so worth it. The health benefits are superb. I find when I soak them overnight in the fridge with oat milk and cook them the next day with some olive oil they soften up pretty well. I add some fruit and Iâve got a very nutritious 500 cal breakfast.

I eat oats every morning, I discovered that I was out of oats, didn’t have time to go to the store, so I ordered these to arrive next day and save my breakfast. I love that they’re sprouted for extra health benefits. I eat my oats not cooked, just as cereal. These had a lot more crunch than my usual oats from the bulk section of natural food store. At first I didn’t like that, but now I really do. I don’t think I’ll keep buying them because they are double the cost of the organic oats I get locally. Great oats though if cost isn’t an issue for you
