Excellent bang for your buck
I have zero complaints about this laptop. The battery life is solid, start up time is fast, and very quick for YouTube, browsing, apps, etc.. havenât tried any games so I canât help with that. Screen quality is good. For the price this is the one to get.

I am very impressed with this computer. Although I was not familiar with this company, the product has such a good rating that I decided to buy one after reading helpful reviews. It is lightweight (about half the weight of my old laptop) and it has sufficient memory to operate efficiently with ease. The display is also very clear without glare. I needed immediate assistance from the seller for the charger which didn’t work, and got this solved right away. I highly recommend buying this computer as it is available at a good price which is only slightly higher than many refurbished items and performs far better.

Iâm an ex IT technician. I needed a reliable laptop that would last for more than two years. After reading the specs and all the reviews I purchased this particular laptop. Also I did research on the company and they seemed spot on with what they are selling. I have to say that setup was a breeze, laptop is pretty fast. I have not tested all the functions to date but I am very satisfied with this laptop so far. I would recommend this laptop to anyone who is just a daily user.

Not great
We purchased this laptop as it was reviewed as a good piece at the price. We were fully aware we were getting a budget item and didnât expect much. It was disappointing to be let down even after having average expectations. We had technical issues out of the gate and the power button stuck. We made do with the power button issue, but then noticed that the function button randomly acts as if it is engaged when it is not. The mouse pointer disappears and reappears randomly as well. I reached out to customer service and received no response. I do not recommend this item.

so far, seems like good value for the money
Early days, but so far worth the purchase. a bit under-powered but only wanted it for email, web browsing and the occasional document. need to work on their “user guide” a little, does not inspire confidence when the title of the first section in the very meager 3 page guide is “Recommendations on the use of the Windwos systems”. and in my opinion it’s wrong to state one should not apply upgrades as after applying “it may cause the system to slow down and lose hardware drivers”. the setup flow seemed to force the creation of a local user account, didn’t see the opportunity to use the microsoft one. the USB slots seem a bit tight, felt like i had to use too much force to insert the mouse, hard drive, USB stick. Not a fan of having the Delete key at the top of the keyboard, use it constantly in documents/emails and deleting emails from my inbox, so used the PowerToys to remap the Right arrow next to the Ins in the numeric keypad at the bottom right of the keyboard to Delete, much better. Also disabled the touchpad, when these old hands pause for a moment during typing a doc or email and the heel of the palm taps the touchpad, the position of the cursor flies off to who knows where. All minor issues, otherwise am well pleased.

This is what I get for paying cheap prices.â But when I started using it, it is perfect for me. Simple. If you know Windows 11 you already know your system. In my case I donât need it for big things. Just simple everyday things. Recipes, email WordPad, email and entertainment. So I say again itâs perfect.
