Flavors are nice and they smell good, dissolve ability can be hit or miss with some flavors. I suggest using more water than suggested on the packets for the lemonade flavor as I’ve found it to not dissolve as well as the others. Make drinking water more interesting and great for when kiddos or adults need it

SOUR elderberry, works, doesnt desovle
I have tried a LOT of sleep supplements. A LOT! This one works but its so sour its atomic. Its hard to finish because of how puckering it is. So id recommend mixing it with a lot of liquid. I fall asleep. Wouldnt say i stay asleep. It works. Dissolving is an issue but thats with every sleep powder i have tried. You just have to swish the glass as you go.

Got Me Once!
This products taste is awful and my review should have ended there, but I started using the packets in a 20oz clear insulated glass. This is where I had to continue the review. What is floating on top of the glass?Each flavor( blackberry, strawberry, blueberry) has colored floaters on top and something that will not dissolve at all in the bottom. Iâm no scientist so this âelectrolyte powderâ and the âenergy-sleep-muscle-mood-antioxidantâ written on the bag canât be proven/disproven by me, but the taste can. Stay away.
