When I first tried this honey it gave me sort of a medicine taste to it but it eventually diminishes. The more you eat it the less of the medicine taste. The product quality seem very natural, not too sweet. It perfect. Initially I thought it was on the expensive side given the small body but it worth the money due to healing properties.

Makes me rethink honey…
I ordered this a few days ago because I currently have pneumonia. I really didn’t believe that honey could help a sore throat because I’ve used local honey before and it didn’t work. Maybe it’s because this is more creamy. I didn’t think I’d actually like creamy honey but this is great! And it’s one of the few things I feel like I can really taste correctly right now. To me, it tastes like it has matcha green tea in it. I love matcha and drink it all the time. I was mighty surprised when this had its green tea taste. I don’t know if it will for everyone, but I would think so, because this makes me finally understand why people put honey in green tea.When I run out of this batch I’ll be getting more to make slightly sweetened water with. I’m not a big straight water fan but this makes water turn into candy, and is healthier than sugar for sure! It’s really cool that it has a QR code to meet the beekeeper for each batch, too. :}

I can’t afford the really good stuff, so I won’t offer conjecture on the health benefits, but it is delicious.I see that people complain about it being too thick, but I’ve purchased this a handful of times – it’s reliably been a pale blond spreadable/spoonable consistency that is delightful. This time, however, it is pretty much the same consistency as a “bear” of honey. If that makes some folk happy, that’s fine, but I’m hoping the next jar is creamy again. This time four stars – will edit to 5 if the next batch is what I’m used to!
