Everything in my package is solid but not amazing. Grip strength trainer itself is decent construction, but as you get closer and closer to the 60kg of resistance the plastic starts to feel like its going to buckle and the hinge makes a noise. Now I realize that most people are not using the top end of the resistance on this so it’s probably a non-issue. The stress ball is not the material I expected but it is very nice. The tendon flexor, and the ring for de-tension are both quality and provide enough resistance to get effective use. The individual finger strength trainer, for dexterity is a little flimsy. It dose the desired job, but its construction is definitely the least sound of everything in the bag. All in all it’s a good setup, and 100% worth the dollars. After purchasing this product I feel my biggest issue is I need a product with higher resistances.

This kit is great. Everything is well made and solid. Different selections for different methods of training your grip. Very worth it for the price, very good introduction to grip training. This is just a passive trainer, donât expect to get blown up forearms just from doing this, you must deliberately train your forearms to attain true gains!! This is a great tool to keep your forearms engaged in your off time.

Firstly- the durability of these products is extremely good even after I applied tons of pressure no creaking it worked just as intended. Itâs a great excercise for your forearms and builds muscles.Secondly, the appearance of the equipment is just as itâs supposed to be you can adjust the pressure needed make it click.Thirdly, the smoothness of this product is decent the ball kept falling out of my hand under extreme pressure. (causing this 4 star review)Overall, not a bad product at all good excercise for your forearms to build muscle would recommend.
