This is a great name tag, it’s very sturdy and thick and won’t budge or bend. I was really tired of my dog’s old tag which was the standard thin metal piece that hung off the collar and clanged with every waking breath my dog took. I am not fond of certain noises as they tend to bother me for some reason and even sound louder than they are i suppose, and this noise is one of them lol. So i eventually realized that this wasnt the only type of tag around and searched through a few pages til i found this one and its probably the best tag I’ve used honestly. It is kindof curved to sit against a collar nicely but if you have a collar made of a different material that is thick and firmer it wont sit againt it like in the picture, but my dog doesnt seem to mind it and is used to this type of collar. (I like the belt closure feature vs. the old clip ins). The engraving is nice and hasnt rubbed off or gotten damaged after several months of everyday use. Id recommend this for anyone looking for a nice quiet sturdy ass tag.

I have two collars on each dog (for personal reasons). Their main collar is a martingale slip collar (which these will not fit on). Those have the traditional dangling tags. BUT my biggest fear is my dog running through the woods and losing his martingale collar on a branch or something and being without GPS and identification.SO – on their second collar (which is a tighter, traditional buckle collar) – they have airtags, and now these non-slip silent tags with their information as a backup just in case anything were to happen. These work PHENOMENALLY and are cheaper than the ones at Petco.These tags fit on my dogs 1â buckled biothane collar with ease. They are secure and will not move anywhere (my biggest concern given the design). I will tell you now, they will not budge. Thereâs a slight curve in the metal plate so itâs not as awkward on the neck as a straight plate would have been.The engraving is beautifully done. Nice, Neat, and Good looking.My male German Shepherd is pretty rough on his gear, so heâs already scratched it up but you canât even tell unless itâs held up to the light at a specific angle.If youâre looking for a tag to slip onto a collar this is the perfect tag. Highly recommend.

I’ve purchased two sizes of these tags in the black, as the puppy grows, and have been pleased both times.They hook onto the collar easily and stay there. It feels a lot safer without tags dangling off the collar AND it doesn’t make any jangling noise.Make sure you read the sizing and compare with the width of the dog collar. I did and had no issues, the tags come as described.The black with white/silver lettering is easy to read.Overall, the only dog tags I’ll ever need.

Previously, I had the silicone band style tags that have a loop on each end that slides over the collar, which broke. That led me to find something more durable that didn’t rely on the silicone band, which is susceptible to snapping and flying off during play time or running through the brush, or simply when my dogs scratch their neck.These tags are very sturdy and will not break or fall off of the collar. Just make sure to measure the width of the collar before ordering and you’ll be as happy as I am. The black finish is fantastic and super easy to read.

Finally, silence!
We have to dogs and every time they would shake, their tags would loudly clink together and wake up our baby. This tag was the perfect solution!The etching is clear and easy to read and the metal is sturdy. The real test will be when we go to the cabin and the dogs are running through the woods and swimming.My only complaint is they were challenging to get on to their colors. It was harder than expected and took a bit, but at least I know they wonât be falling off.

Black/blue medium size: I chose these to add tags to my dogs harnesses to have permanent identification without having anything dangly. Order arrived relatively quickly. The tags are much more substantial than expected. Sturdy, thick metal, smooth edges, and curved just right to fit. The medium size fit perfectly on the 5/8 inch webbing of our harnesses, right above the handle so very easy to see. I’ve not had these long enough to know how the laser engraving holds up, but If it’s the same quality as the tag itself, I expect it will be fine.

It’s solid and firm. Not flexible. The curve on it is not enough for small dogs neck so it lays funny. But it works and hasn’t come off after a couple of months use. Not sure the print will endure a lot. It looks like it may wear.

Purchased as the reviews were rated high. But: a) Fell off the first day from the dog scratching herself. Needs to be fastened on to be functional or useful. b) label looks painted on, so durability is a question. Where as expected it to be engraved on, as in etched in. c) Expensive. As not as well designed as price implied. Especially as made, unaltered, it falls off.I kept it as needed it. Fixed the falling off problem. But would buy alternative the next time.
