Iâm currently 35 weeks pregnant and I got this ball to help relieve some aches and pains. Iâm 5ft 7in and I got the largest ball. It was pretty easy to pump up. The material seems very thick and sturdy. Itâs really comfortable to sit on for extended periods of time, I was very shocked at that because you donât have any back support but itâs great! Overall I think the ball is worth it 100%

Great Quality Product
The Exercise Ball w/Base are great quality and work well. It was easy to inflate using my motorized compressor along with the included Ball Pump. To assure that I didn’t stress the seams I inflated the ball to 80% with the compressor, let it sit for 48 hours, then used the hand pump to fully inflate it. The only complaint is I ordered the matte black as pictured in the listing, but received a shiny, glossy one instead.

Iâm so glad I purchased this exercise ball. I been using it to help with pregnancy discomfort. The material is thick but itâs still soft. I thought I wouldnât need the stand but it definitely came in handy. I got the 65 but I recommend getting the 75. Overall satisfied with this purchase.

Good ball, not so great stand
The ball is of good quality. It requires a little more maintenance than I expected. In the past I didnât have to pump air as often. But it does the job. The size is great to use for a normal home office desk. The stand is not worth much. It comes apart all the time.

Donât blow up all the way at first
Make sure you read the instructions only pump up to 80%. Then 24 hours later fill to 100%. Love this ball, I am using it for an office chair. I have ADHD and it keeps me focused and also feeling busy. Absolutely would buy again.

This product has helped me so much since I have got it. I use it as my computer chair, and I find that it has been helping to undo tension that has built up over years in my back and shoulders. Prior to getting it I was slightly worried that not having a back to rest on would make it less comfortable, but it really doesn’t. It puts your body in a position where you must find a balance point, and when you do, it is more comfortable than having a backing. Your spine is not forced against a flattened surface and must balance using gravity, which is more comfortable and healthier. The context in which I use this product is for hours at a time, and I have only had to re-inflate it once. On that grounds I can speak for its durability. My partner and friends have also gotten one, and they enjoy it for the same reasons. Check this product out!

If you work from home on a computer all day and feel like you are tired all the time, get this. I swear, your energy levels will be completely different.
