Personally I didn’t care about colors so I chose the least expensive product and color, black. As it turns out, it goes nicely with my gray exercise mat. Seriously though, I do a few exercises using a ball that I cannot do without. It provides me with flexibility to exercise my way. The quality doesn’t feel much different than the balls at PT. Perhaps a true exercise guru with more experience may have a different view. However, it does everything I need it to do. I liked the size guideline chart that was provided, but found that is likely more helpful to determine the size needed for sitting at a desk. For exercise use I should have gone down 1 size from the chart and may have liked the outcome a bit better. Overall though it still does all I need it to do and is a quality product from what I’ve experienced.

I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and have been using this ball daily to help prepare for delivery for over a month. It was fairly easy to pump up. The color is cute and makes exercising a little more tolerable. I also have littles who like to come over and play with it and it has stood the test of durability against 2 and 4 year olds lol! Its also very comfortable to work with and great quality. Would highly recommend getting this sooner rather than later!

Love the ball, couldnât use the pump
The pump was terrible to use when we were trying to get it inflated. My husband ended up using his mouth to blow the whole ball up! But the durability seems great, itâs a bit smaller than expected. The air seems to be holding tight for now.
