Great quality
For an inexpensive pack this met and exceeded my expectations. The fit is ergonomical and comfortable easy to use rides well on your back and there’s plenty of compartments and other room for all your camping essentials the tie down on the bottom for a tent and a sleeping bag is a really nice touch plus the added rain fly makes things even a little better.

Good quality
Bought this to build my bug out bag – it is great quality, sturdy frame, ample storage space and not too heavy. This will make for a great backpacking bag, or bug out bag. Zippers and stitching is good quality.

Seams like a solid bag but…
The price is too high for what you get.Has a rigid light weight, plastic? Backboard with replaceable aluminum flats, NICE!Main compartment and waist band are the place i have issues.Waist band isn’t removable or easily stored.Main compartment issues:doesn’t look to be able to hold much real weight due to the thin zipper divider between bottom and main compartment. (Open zipper or only use the bottom for heavy items)the blader retention is kind of lacking and weird it’s just a very deep elastic pocket and one middle mounted velcro if it had a middle and velcros on each side for a total of 3 straps and a hose hole on both sides not just the left (while wearing it) that would be great! The elastic pouch is huge so that’s ok because everyone has diffrent sized water bags this will fit the largest blader you can find im sure of that.It could be better if it had mesh pouches or just pockets inside the main area on the inner walls or velcro lining.I’m going to return it.bottle pockets are nice and deep side pockets seam to be large enough to fit good gear insideStraps are really nice and look well designed and have a tension system that should lend to long term wear comfortability.Rain cover should be blank not plasterd with your brand name.top pouch is nice not to puffy.Over all happy with the bag but for the price you should get more organized pockets and zippers that work every time. I have to fiddle with them most times.

Best bang for the buck…by far
Had this bag out for a trek up our local river for a few days. I’m an old paratrooper and I’m picky about rucks. This one is excellent. Zippers are YKK, and it doesn’t get any better. Bag material is a good balance between lightweight and thickness. Pockets are good. Buckles are good. Straps are good. Sleeping bag compartment is good. Think the waist belt could be better, but other than that it’s a very good bag. You won’t find anything with this level of materials at 90 bucks anywhere. Closest would be Teton and they are kinda on the cheap side. If you need a good bag for a good price, this is it.

Quality Pack
Quality materials. Stress tested about 50 miles now full trek gear (60-80 lbs, depending on my energy level). Holds my 3L bladder, packed tight no problem. Would buy again. MIL-SPEC features make it super versatile.

It’s a bag!
[12/1/21 Update]I use this bag for going grocery shopping on my bike! I can fit about a half cart worth of goods within this and two panniers. It’s tight, but good! I really enjoy this pack- haven’t had to use the rain fly yet, but it is in the top pouch if need be! I still use my smaller Alice pack for my every day bag- but this one is so helpful when I need to carry planks of wood or just more cargo on a bike. Solid construction, worth every penny~![Out of box review!]Immediately, I like it! Yeah there’s a bit of a new bag funk smell. But that’s normal. It holds all my camp gear with room for clothing and possibly foodstuffs? Or at least other stuff. Which is why i got it! It also seems that if I don’t jam pack it, it should make for good travel luggage, carry-on style. I don’t have a chance to really give it any kind of hike test right now. But i will be sure to update over the coming months! 🙂 for $80. I’m pleased.

Comfort and size
Going on vacation for 8 days. Packed pants, shirts, socks, under garments, extra pr of shoes, hats, and gloves. Very comfortable on.I’m a big guy, 6ft 3in 330 lbs. All straps fit good. Would recommend.

Decent bag for the money.
I purchased this for a fall camping trip. The bag is worth the money overall and is of pretty good quality. For some reason, mine was missing the rain cover.I did a pre-pack and realized the 60L is less spacious than you would think. I am going from a 50L Big Agnes Prospector (Graet Bag just too small for fall trips.) So I bought this bag and figured being able to attach stuff from the outside would help free up space.I found that not to be the case. The top also does not close well when the bag is packed full.I recommend buying the 75L version of this bag. I purchased that size for my brother, and it meets 95% of your needs and fits the bulkier items well. Not to mention, the rain cover on that bag had its own storage pouch. This bag would be fine for summer and early fall trips in warm climates, but this isn’t the bag for you if you live in a cold climate and need to pack to stay out more than a single night.I did return this bag and purchased the Mardingtop 75L.
