These individual packets are great for on the go on those longer endurance sports where you need to replenish your drink mix. mixes well, just add water and swirl and shake along the way. A good mix of electrolytes of sodium, magnesium and potassium. Strawberry watermelon flavor is a classic favorite, very tasty. priced fairly, good value and you often see it on sale w/ a coupon for further savings.

I like the supplement ratios on these hydration sticks the best
I like the supplement breakdown of these sticks the best, and in terms of taste they’re excellent. I think 400mg of sodium is plenty, vs some competitors have 1000mg and unless you’re sweating intensely, that’s too much for everyday. I also love that these have about 3x the amount of magnesium and potassium as the competition. I think all around these are the best balance.

I was really hoping to find a solid hydration solution with these Gainful Hydration Powder Packets, especially with the promise of key electrolytes like magnesium and sodium, plus the added energy support and low sugar content. The convenience of the individual stick packs was a major plus, perfect for tossing in a gym bag or purse. And the caffeine-free aspect was definitely appealing for those times I need hydration without the jitters.However, the major drawback for me was the flavor. The Lemon Lime, while a seemingly safe bet, just didn’t hit the mark. It tasted artificial and somewhat medicinal, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. I found myself struggling to finish a glass, which defeats the purpose of a hydration drink designed to encourage consistent consumption. Actually pretty good
This hydration powder uses Stevia leaf extract and most of the time I can’t deal with the aftertaste. These packets when mixed in 16 Oz bottles of water are pretty good. There’s just a hint of the aftertaste but doesn’t kick me out of drinking it. Actually like the flavor and it’s east to down the bottle with only 2 grams of sugar. No caffeine makes it great for mid to late day recovery. Overall very satisfying.

I use this as a drink prior to all runs and it works great. Mild taste, mild caffeine with no jitters and no GI issues. Unless you want a subscription- please check single order.
