Looks good very clean look. Quality construction. Definitely a good purchase especially for when you want a dress belt.. update: survived from September 9th until November 1st under moderately stressful daily wear, at which point a small plastic hoop that connects the “roller” to its ” axis pin” broke off. Now the spring loaded roller that provides the friction grip on the belt wants to separate into its 2 halves, so the belt can be put on, but the release tab no longer functions. Rendering the belt too inconvenient for further use. Super glue would normally fix something like this, but the pin is not removable so reattaching the loop to its body while around the pin would jam the whole thing up. So it’s not practical to do a quick fix. It’s notable that throughout the time it worked, the belt buckle showed a very good resistance against scratching or bending, and the leather of the belt has not wrinkled or frayed. To the point where I will attach a new buckle because the strap outperforms most other belts. Considering the price I paid I am still satisfied but it cost the item a star.
