Excellent Baby Monitor
I wanted a non-WiFi baby monitor, so when this one popped up, I was drawn to the screen size and streamlined features. It was so easy to set up and start using right away. The camera image is crystal clear, the night vision is exceptional, and I find myself using pretty much all of the features. The screen is awfully bright even on the lowest setting for looking at during the night, so I got a simple screen darkening cling which made it perfect. The battery doesn’t hold up long enough for the night even on a full charge, so I do keep the screen plugged in all night while using, but otherwise it’s flawless. The buttons are simple to figure out, the configurability is great, I love the dual camera option, the music choices are nice and clear, and the range from the camera is phenomenal. I absolutely recommend this baby monitor and camera combo.

I LOVE this monitor. The picture is so clear and all equipment is really great quality. I love how the screen lets you know the temperature in the room as well. Itâs easy to use too. I like that it has the talking feature so you can calm your baby without going in if needed. The light features are cool and I love that it has the lullabies. That is a unique feature. Itâs a plus that it can connect multiple cameras and have a split screen. A must have if you have multiple kids! I think this is a great value for the money!

Great picture quality and it allows me the freedom to carry monitor around the house
This Prisma 5″ HD video baby monitor with camera and audio is great. It allows me to watch my precious little one napping without having to open the door and risk waking her up. I can watch to make sure she isn’t up wandering around. I like that it is secure and doesn’t require WiFi and an app. The lullaby/white noise feature is great and so handy. The picture quality is great and it allows me the freedom to carry the monitor around the house while watching my little one sleep. We are very pleased with this product.

Wow!!
This is the first video monitor I’ve tried. Before now, I’ve been using the vtech audio only monitor for my son. With that one wearing out, though, and another baby on the way, I decided to try something new. Enter this video monitor.There are lots of cool features that I’d like to highlight:1. The night vision.Pros: The image is very clear. I can tell from across the room where my baby is in his bed and what he’s up to. I can even see when his eyes are open if he’s facing the camera!Cons: You have to be very careful to keep the line of sight clear. If there’s anything in the view of the camera that’s closer than the baby, the image will focus on that and the rest of the room will be dark.2. Night light.Pros: I really appreciate the fact that, when you push the light button, the light does NOT turn on right away. You have the chance to set the color and brightness beforehand. Another thing I appreciate is that you CAN select a color and brightness setting. It’s so handy!Cons: I don’t have any.3. Audio.Pros: It’s easy to hear exactly what’s going on in the room. The clarity is great.Cons: Even the lowest volume setting is a little loud for me.4. “VOX Mode”. With this mode, you set the settings, and when it’s quiet in your nursery the video screen will go into power saving mode. Then, depending on how sensitive you’ve saved the settings to be, when the monitor detects a noise it will turn back on automatically. You can also choose to turn on the screen manually by pressing any button.Pros: This feature is great! It saves battery, and still makes sure baby has care when he or she needs it.Cons: The sensitivity is a little high. If I set it to “high” or “medium” sensitivity, it will wake up when people walk around upstairs. Fortunately, when it’s on “low” sensitivity, it still picks up on the tiniest squeak from my baby, even from across the room.5. Range.Pros: I don’t have to be in the next room to keep an eye on baby. It does have enough range for me to move around the house a bit.Cons: The range isn’t nearly as good as my vtech. With that, I can be in the garden or in the driveway and still be fine. With this, however, there are even places in the house that don’t have adequate coverage. And I don’t have a big house.One more con: The screen shows a super bright, white screen when turning on and off. It really wakes my brain up if I do so in the middle of the night, unless I remember to hide facedown in a pillow.Overall, I’m extremely pleased with this monitor. The clarity is good both visually and audibly, and both at night and during the day. The VOX mode is crazy cool. I just wish the range was a bit further, and that you could turn it on without blinding yourself.
