Very easy to use

Works just great

Great leg stretch
This pilates Stretching Strap is easy to install on the door, although install isn’t quite the right word. You just slide the piece over the door and shut it. There are loops on both sides of the strap, so it’s easy to switch legs without having to reposition much. The strap gives me a great leg stretch by helping me pull my leg up and keep my balance.

Works really well for stretching!
This works really well for stretching! I love that it comes with a little booklet with stretching instructions, which has been very helpful in figuring out how to make the most of this stretching strap. It anchors nicely over any door and allows you to put your full weight into the stretches without worrying that the anchor will fail at staying securely fastened in place. These straps definitely allow you to stretch more than you could using traditional stretch methods. I love using my arms to pull on the straps to stretch my legs more. I am very active with Club Pilates, which utilizes TRX straps quite a bit and I have been able to replicate several moves from my classes at home using these straps instead of the TRX straps that are at my Pilates studio. Overall, would definitely recommend!

simple but effective
This is such a simple little gadget but works well. Everyone has a door in their home and this is a great piece of equipment to have for stretching. Sure, you can stretch without one but this enables those without balance to be able to move their body more. Or if you can balance well, then this will aid in stretching areas that are a bit trickier to hold.
