I love it! Size is perfect, big screen but doesnât feel like a big device, it feels sturdy and solid. No issues with using it in âtablet modeâ. Speakers arenât as loud as I thought they would be but theyâre really good nonetheless. No issues using it for business with diff programs opened ant the same type and also getting calls. Camera quality is great and Face ID/Finger Scanner works perfectly. Was able to do some light gaming (Sims, apex, etc) but I recommend lowering the graphics or fps, get the intel 7 if gaming is your main purpose for it.Colors in the screen are really good and no problem working under a lot of natural light. Shipping was fast and it came packed nicely protected.

POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE
This laptop I bought began to malfunction a month after I bought it. I had to restart the laptop frequently while it was operating since the cursor was disappearing. I returned the laptop and had to go through a lengthy process before getting a refund that was $100 US less. When I question why, given that there was a manufacturer’s defeat, I did not receive my complete refund. The provider claimed to have received the goods damaged, which was the cause. Keeping in mind that I returned the shipment with the original contents that I had received and that no proof of receiving the laptop was produced. I would suggest against purchasing this laptop because I purchased the same laptop from a different vendor, and it stopped charging after a month.
