Thoroughly Removes Make-up and Sun Block
I really like using a balm product, and this one is a winner. Aside from it’s effectiveness – which is the most important quality – I particularly like it because it can be used on eyelids, whereas the balms I’ve used before require a separate product to remove eye makeup. It has a bit of a fragrance which is fine with me. Lathers up with the addition of water, and easily washes off, leaving my skin clean, refreshed and soft.

Removes makeup in one rotation and leaves skin soft and clean. I additionally clean with a secondary face wash to complete my cleaning routine. I have used several brands of oils vs balms and this balm doesnt bother my eyes or clog my pores. It smells nice and my sensitive skin loves it.

I have now bought this cleansing balm twice! I have sensitive skin and this balm is very easy on the skin. This only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because I do have to wash my face twice which isn’t the best but it really gets the makeup off, and its also a good price and lasts for a long time. Would recommend, and will repurchase again for sure.

A must-have!
This is my third time ordering this product. I have purchased cleansing balms that were much more expensive and this product works just as well if not better! It removes my makeup including mascara with very little effort. It is lovely especially when mixed with a little water, when it turns into a creamy cleanser. You donât have to use a lot to get your skin clean, and it leaves the skin moisturized but not greasy. Another thing I love is light scent of orange. This product is a must-have!

Second time purchasing this. I was using a more expensive balm that worked really well at removing sunscreen & makeup but left my face feeling over-moisturized/oily. This balm removes makeup and didnât dry out my face or leave it feeling oily. No irritation & I have crazy reactive skin, I can use this to remove eye makeup without any stinging. I like the light citrus scent. This is more than half of what I was paying for the other balm and there is lots more in this jar too. Win win!

This exceeded my expectations. For the price, it is arguably one of the best products out there for make up removal. It caused no irritation, no breakouts. It was very hydrating and gentle. It does have fragrance. But I donât mind it. I will be buying again!

Excellent make-up remover
Iâm on my 6th jar of this cleansing balm; Iâve been using it as a the first step in a nighttime routine to remove make-up before washing my face. It works extremely well at clearing foundation, blush, etc off the skin, causes no irritation, only a small amount is needed to be effective, has a lovely light scent, and is well priced. Highly recommend.

It is a very nice gesture, in this age of non-human interface purchasingThe cleansing balm itself is beautiful: it has a really calming citrusy/vanilla smell that just feels refreshing and comforting at the end of the day. And it glides on easily on the face. The spatula was very useful in getting just the right amount of product.I have been using Elemis cleansing balm for quite awhile. Reaction: Made my skin breakout in sudden acne and strange dry discolored patches as well.As soon as I switched back to my previous cleansing balm my skin felt better.Aroma: The smell is citrusy orange, not bad.Texture: Not the best texture i excpected a more rich creamy balm . It’s much of a lighter vaseline consistency.
