I had a hard time evaluating these dietary supplement gummies because although I liked the taste, I didnât experience any of the benefits of taking apple cider vinegar. They are purported to be: -weight loss. -improved digestion through the increased growth of friendly bacteria in the gut.Thatâs not to say that these gummies are without any benefits, just that I didnât notice a difference in how I felt. What I like about them are: -the formulation doesnât contain artificial dyes. -the active ingredients are only apple cider vinegar and ginger extract. -they are relatively safe. The bottle cautions against taking more than eight gummies in 24 hours. -they are GMO-free. -they contain ten calories apiece (not many if you are viewing them as a treat.)The only negative I would offer is the first two ingredients are cane sugar and corn syrup.
