Stopped Working After 3 Months/Customer Service Wonât Respond
Update – I heard back from customer service and was very pleased with their prompt support. Emily got a new air purifier to me within a couple days and was so helpful and polite. The new unit is working marvelously so far; Iâm very pleased and theyâve absolutely redeemed themselves!
Although a bit loud under the regular settings, the sleep mode was very effective. I did have a difficult time with the remote and would have to press it multiple times for it to actually work but nothing that I couldnât handle. However, I was very disappointed when the product did not last more than three months. I went to plug it back in to the outlet after not having used it for a day or two, and a spark flew out (I literally jumped back because I thought I was gonna get electrocuted), it has not worked since. I have tried contacting the seller on three occasions now over the last couple of months and still have not received a response neither through email nor phone call. This isnât the cheapest air purifier out there, so I was expecting a lot more from it or at least some customer support. Thumbs down; would not recommend.

Great little air purifier!
Easy to move from one room to another for air purifying. The high setting can be a bit louder than you expect, but is about the same as a box fan on high. The low is very, very quiet. The auto switches automatically from low to high when it detects stuff in the air (like when I cooked) but goes back to low as soon as the job is done!
I liked on the auto setting how the lights changed rewinding on air quality… red, orange then blue. At night I was able to turn off the light so it wouldn’t disturb me, either.
Out of the box it was easy to start using. I was a good girl and read the directions, but really or was almost unnecessary.
I got this for cleaning up our indoor air space. I figured the air could be getting a bit challenged by all our indoor time, and I noticed on day 2 the air was nice and “neutral”.
I’ve told my BFF to get hers, too.

Undecided about unit
I kind of went in the middle on my review. I like the unit and that it is a combo. It looks nice. The first unit after a month or so it just stopped working, I read the instruction manual and no solution. It would run for about 30 seconds with the fan on top speed and then would shut off. It did that a couple of times and just died then. I assumed it was a faulty unit and replaced it with another one. This new one when I shut the purifier off in about an hour it turns itself back on a couple of times. I reread the instruction book and no idea there. So if you purchase I would buy the protection plan.

Stopped working after 6 months – buyer beware
If I had written this review a few months ago, I would have given this product 5 stars. I loved that it combined the air purifier functionality with the optional humidifier add on. And when the product was working (within the first 6 months), both functions worked well and I was very happy. However, the product has stopped functioning completely, and I cannot understand why. The power will no longer turn on. I’ve tried replacing the air filter, unplugging and resetting the unit, using a different power outlet. Nothing that I have tried has resulted in this product working again. And I have tried to contact Afloia customer service via their email (service@afloia.com) twice with no response after several weeks. I also have not heard back from the seller for this order. At this point, I cannot recommend this product if the lifecycle is only 6 months. I have also not received any assistance from Amazon either on this matter.

It is low-maintenance, easy to clean, and for its ability to humidify the air quickly and almost silently. It has a top-filling tank large enough to last all day
