Super Convenient
So far very happy with product. We go through a lot of lemon juice in our household and this has helped. Tastes great and dissolves quickly. We have a little more space in our refrigerator. Not very strong
It has a mild lemon flavor, but not a lot of tartness. To me it tasted less like lemon juice, which is tart, and more like a mild lemon flavor, like you would get worth lemon zest. It’s fine but I found it to be too mild for what I wanted.

Bitter and nothing like real powder lemon juice
Taste absolutely terrible. Bitter very bitter. Threw it away.

This will make you drink more water.
UPDATE: I decided to lower the rating to two stars because this lemon powder is nowhere near as good as the Key Nutrients lemon powder that I am using now.EDIT: I incorrectly thought I was using two flat scoops of Micro Ingredients, but really I was using one flat scoop, maybe the tiniest bit rounded. I didn’t know because I had switched to using a tablespoon instead of the provided scoop and I just assumed I was using two scoops. So that means the Key Nutrients Electrolytes Lemonade Powder costs almost twice as much, but I still find myself liking that powder better because it takes way less powder, tastes better, and has electrolytes. Anyway, both brands are good. It’s up to you to decide what is better for you.UPDATE: I switched to the other powder. This Micro Ingredients lemon powder costs around $18 for 140 servings, but I usually use at least two servings per bottle of water so it is really $18 for 70 servings. And for every two servings, I get around 60-80 mg of Vitamin C and nothing else. But the Key Nutrients Electrolytes Lemonade Powder is $40 for 90 servings. But the lemon taste is so strong that I can use half a scoop for a serving, sot that means it is $40 for 180 servings. And each half serving has 85 mg of Vitamin C but also a ton of other vitamins and minerals and electrolytes. So in reality, they are about the same price. But I also like the taste of the electrolyte lemonade powder better. So from now on, I’m getting the Key Nutrients brand. I want to lower this Micro Ingredients lemon powder rating to three stars, but if the Key Nutrients powder did not exist I’d still be buying this Micro Ingredients brand so I will only lower it to four stars.UPDATE: I might be switching to another brand soon.. It’s about the same in price but in addition to the lemon taste and Vitamin C, it also has electrolytes. Micro Ingredients Lemon Powder is still a good product at a good price, I’m just trying to get more value for my buck.UPDATE: Don’t get the orange flavor. The lemon is good, but the orange is terrible.UPDATE: To enhance flavor, I am using around two flat scoops per 28 oz bottle of water. Also, to make the powder dissolve better and faster, I start by using a little warm water and the powder and I shake it. Then I add cold water.The taste is very subtle, but effective. If I mix one flat scoop of the powder with 28 oz of water, I find myself drinking the entire bottle of water fast. Whereas if I just drink plain water, I would only drink sips here and there and it might take me a whole day to drink one bottle of water. So this powder is good in that I end up drinking 2-3x more water than I usually do, and water has a lot of health benefits. The taste of lemon isn’t like your freshly squeezed lemon juice though. It just transforms boring water into something less boring.There is around 30-40 mg of Vitamin C per flat scoop. 100% DV of Vitamin C is 90 mg. So three flat scoops should give you plenty of Vitamin C each day. This product includes the plastic scoop.I wish that the price was cheaper though. When I saw that there were 140 scoops per bag, I was thinking that one bag would last me many months. But since I’d be using three scoops a day, one bag would only last me one month. I’m not too excited about purchasing $20 bags each and every month of the year. I like this product enough where I may end up buying one or two more bags, but I also hope that there are cheaper alternatives.EDIT: I just found out that you can buy a 2-pack on Amazon for cheaper. I had bought one pack and then another three packs. But if I had known and bought two 2-packs instead, I would have saved $14. Or if I had bought a one pack to test the product out and then a 2-pack, I would have saved $7. Oh well. Now I know.
