Great Overall Fish Scale
All in all works great for not only weighing but measuring fish (especially for folks like me who have to fumble in their tacklebox for each (this one tool has both integrated within the tool itself).Pros:1) Lightweight2) Don’t have to worry about locating your measuring tape after you weighed fish since the tape is integrated with the tool3) The plastic lip-gripper is sturdy enough to handle big fish without it breaking4) If you take the attachable lip-gripper off you can use it to weigh your baggage for the 50 lb limit if you don’t want to lug around your floor scale5) Recharging feature is great since if this came with the disposable battery I would probably just use it once then discard the whole thingCons:1) A bit bulky (may be harder to carry around for folks with small tackleboxes2) If you have the lip gripper unattached then I imagine it takes a bit to time (not too much but a minute or two) to locate the piece and attach it to the scale before gripping the fish and weighing/measuring it.All in all I give this 4.5 stars.

Gripper broke…
Not sure how it works, but the lip grip broke when I was testing it(before taking it fishing). The plastic seems too brittle and I wouldn’t recommend.

Fish Scale w/Tape Measure and Gripper
Received this light weight, ultra portable fish scale yesterday. First impression is easy to use, very lightweight and not bulky compared to other models. Looks like splash resistant. Comes with internal battery to be charge with USB-C cable(included), which charges pretty quickly. Letter on the screen is big and had a blacklist for easy low light reading. The attach gripper has a retractable ruler to measure your catch. It basically has all the necessary measuring tools within this compact scale. All in all, very impress woth this item, unfortunately Winter is almost here in Chicago, won’t be able to put it to good use until Spring.

it works well, but it’s very hard to read if it’s into lbs or kilos, etc. the screen is hard to read. but everything works as it should. ps…i’m buying another model.
