FuelRod SAVED THE DAY at Disneyland!!!
I went to Disneyland for 2 days and realized I left the cord to charge my phone at home!!! If you’ve been to a Disney park in the past several years, you’re aware you use the app ALL DAY for ride reservations, to order food, check ride wait times. You burn through your phone’s battery really quickly! A Disney cast member told me about FuelRod. I was skeptical since I already had an external battery, but went to find the FuelRod vending machine. Mind BLOWN! This is the BEST invention since sliced bread!!! It comes with every little cable/adaptor you could possibly need! You re-charge your phone on the go and once the FuelRod is “dis-charged”, just swap for a fully charged one! This means you DON’T have to run around trying to find places to plug in your phone and wait to re-charge, you can go, go, go- and I did! 🙂

Love how much cheaper this product is on Amazon compared to in the parks! This is definitely such a good deal! Youâre paying the price for 2 here that you would pay for 1 inside. I love how easy these are to swap when you are low on battery. These new models last a lot longer than the older models. Definitely recommend these when visiting the Disney theme parks! You can swap them out as many times as youâd like for free!

Great Idea, Poor quality cables
If you are going to DisneyLand, these are a must. They have kiosks in multiple places and swapping for a full unit is free at Disneyland.When we went to the park the last time we bought one of the older design in the park and used it a lot. No issues other then it was a little slow to charge.This newer unit looked to be better, and it was. A single unit would give me about 50% charge on my iPhone 16 Pro. They have a lot of swap stations at the park so it wasnât a big deal.Only issue was the cable broke while connected to my iPhone in my pocket. If you plan on charging in your pocket I would recommend buying a 1ft USB-C cable.

These are essential for Disney until a new updated method arrives for charging your devices. There are exchange vending/kiosk machines all over the parks and resorts to get a new/recharged charger for your device(s). Thereâs no charge to exchange the empty charger to get a new/recharged one. You can also purchase another one at the vending/kiosk machines if you want. You can charge just about anything with this including your MagicBands, cameras, phones, etc. Thereâs multiple adapters and tons of possibilities to charge whatever you need in an on-the-go way so you can enjoy your trip without devices dying. The charger is small enough to fit in a small crossbody bag. The timeframe and percentage of the charge ranged from which device I was charging but about 20% increase on my phone and about 30 min-1 hr depending on the device. You can press the tiny button on the bottom of the charger to check and see how much power you have left on the charger. Fantastic buy!
