Pretty and functional!
Iâve had quite a few less expensive auto watering bottles and this one is by far the prettiest. It looks great in my home and I love that it has a stopper to prevent water from leaking out when it placed in the base. The base comes out easily for cleaning. My cats and dog love it.

Decent water dish
This one is suited for smaller animals or cats. If you have a medium sized dog you will be refilling a lot. The metal insert doesn’t seem to be the best quality, there is some pitting and staining at the bottom of the bowl. It is easy to fill and not too heavy once it’s full, which might work better for some people. It is also fairly easy to clean, with a few hard to clean places on the outside of the bowl. The bottle cap works well but almost needs to soak in a sink of dish water in order to remove all the water stains that develop after awhile. Your experience might vary depending on water quality.

Doesnât dispense water
The nozzle is not long enough to reach the floor of the water bowl. The item description shows a photo of a longer nozzle and also indicates that this version has been optimized, so no need for the number 3 fitted filter as pictured. Looks like they are still selling the unoptimized version which needs that filter. This looks like the issue I am having and Iâve seen another reviewer with the same problem. I have searched for the companyâs customer service to resolve this issue, but there is none listed, just Amazon returns. The product would be great if it worked. All I need is the correct lid with the correct size nozzle, itâs an important part of the product. Since I canât reach out to the company, my hopes is they will reach out to me and offer to replace the lid, otherwise Iâll have to return.

Cats and Dog
Great for multiple pet households. Easy to use and set up. I was worried about the depth of the water but it comes with two valves to adjust water depth. Ordered 7 L size and it provides water for my 2 cats and dog for 5 days. Great value for the money and is made with quality materials. Comes with a filter you just have to buy more but they are relatively inexpensive. Much easier than filling a water bowl everyday. Real happy with purchase.

Nothing wrong with the product, it was definitely designed to fit a filter (which you have to purchase separately) but you don’t need one to work. My only issue is that the bowl is small. My cat is literally twice the size of it. The drinking part is barely the size of her head. As long as she can drink from it it’s fine, however.

Perfect bowl for all day water
I love the aluminum bowl. It comes out easily for cleaning and you can remove the water tank with no spilling to clean the bowl in between fillings!

I had a different version where there wasnât a removable bowl and I found it just got too dirty.I do wish the removable bowl was a better quality. Itâs very thin stainless steel. I can easily remove the pan and give it a good clean On a daily basis.
