So great I bought two. Perfect for backpacking, camping or for in your vehicle. Lightweight but substantial. Everyone should have one or two in their home for when your electric goes out. Can charge in your car.

This is one heavy duty, multi-duty flashlight.
It arrived in a neat, olive green case. Unlike a lot of camping focused items, you can actually fit it back inside its carrying case when it isnât in use! Open the easy zipper and there is space inside for the flashlight and a charging cable.Now, once you take it out you discover the magic of this light. Sure, you have your normal flashlight (press the button three times for the flashlight! It took me a minute to figure THAT out) but you also have a multitude of options. Leave it closed for a little lantern. You can adjust the color warmth as well so you can have a cool blue or warm white light. This would be cozy in a tent or on an outdoor dining table. You can open the tri-pod and raise the light up to illuminate a larger area, or swivel the light to act as a spot light.I havenât had a chance to try the magnetic feature yet, but the tripod legs provide a surprisingly strudy base. You can also set it up as an emergency beacon with a SOS light pattern which would be useful on the side of a dark road at night.My only gripe is that I would love for it to be brighter. So many of the torches available now are just capable of so much more illumination and Iâll admit Iâm spoiled. I would love to harness all that flexibility with additional brightness. I will admit though that I doubt I will use this primarily as a flashlight because it is just heavier and thicker than I want to be carrying through the woods at night. But even at a base camp or during a power outage, I would like to have the brightest light possible. It also works to recharge your phone or other USB devices which is great because IMHO you can never have too many battery backups.At this point however, this is going to go in my office for power outages. I donât have to worry about keeping fresh batteries on hand since it can be charged via the same USBC cable I use for almost every other electronic gadget. I like the flexibility of being able to use it in a variety of circumstances and even on a daily basis to shine a little extra light on my workspace.

I received this for free through the Amazon Vine Program. I really do like it. First off, there are several of these with different branding on them claiming to be a different brand. I’ve got two different “brands” and they are identical. You cant tell them apart. With that being said, pay attention to prices. Don’t overpay for something that’s identical but just has a different name on it.I’m Looking forward to getting to use it and test it. First thing upon opening it and pulling the actual item out of the box was the case. The case is really well built and borderline being a solid hard case. You could really almost stand on this case and not have it fail. Moving forward to actually pulling the light out of the case, I was still impressed. It feels solid and looks like its well made. Upon extending the legs I still got the same feel of quality. The button has a good quality feel and the charging lights good and visible. My only complaint about the charging lights is that if your elevated just slightly above the unit you cant see them. The telescoping seems to be good and the pivoting of the actually light seems to be up to par in feeling of quality. It weighs 1.75 pounds.

Worked for 10 minutes and after charging, it will not turn on
it is possible I have received a defective product. When I first opened it and turned it on, the light seemed to work very well. Super bright yet easy to dim. I then plugged it in to charge it and the next day when I turned it on, it came on for a brief second then turned off. And it has not worked ever since. The indicator lights come on showing that it has a full charge, but it will not turn on the lights. If it worked, I’d give it 5 stars because when it did come on, it was bright and adjustable.

Best camping light ever!
This is one of my top camping gadgets now. It has replaced all of the other lights I was carrying with me.I love how versatile it is. It’s a flashlight when I need one, but also a dim light while sitting under the canopy. By pulling the top up I have a bright light that I can direct where it’s needed, which works great when cooking over the fire after dark.I’ve dropped it multiple times without any ill effects. The battery lasted for 3 nights of use and had just gone down to one bar the end of the last night. I love that the light color is able to be changed to a yellow light that doesn’t destroy my night vision.My only complaint is the magnet that holds the base open isn’t strong enough. If I pick up the light to move it, the base closes. Kind of a pain when trying to move it slightly while only having one hand free.Absolutely worth dealing with though. Would get this again in a heartbeat and have suggested it to most of my friends.

This camping light comes in a very nice travel case, includes a type C charge cord and 3 ground stakes to secure it when extended so it cant tip over easily. The lights are adjustable in brightness, and the head swivels so you can direct the light at something if you need to.The feet are magnetic on the bottom when they are open, so you can stick it to anything metallic. When not extended the light has a ‘shade’ that keeps it from being too bright as well. The flashlight top is very bright on high! And it doubles as a usb power bank! It is fairly compact and is not heavy, and will fit anywhere, this is a welcomed camping addition!!
