    Comfortable fit!
These padded bike shorts are a great choice for wearing underneath everyday shorts for riding. I use them to augment the G-Form EX-1 impact shorts because of their flimsy chamois and for my Leatt 5.0 impact shorts because of no chamois. They remain airy and practically unnoticeable when riding on hot summer days. They are short legged so they do not ride up underneath impact shorts or regular casual riding shorts. The padding was of course a tad stiff right out of the box, but softened up nicely after the first wash or two. I do recommend these for the stitching quality, comfort and price.

    Good padded shorts…
I followed the suggestions of other reviewers and went up a size when ordering. I found that what I ordered was too big, but my fault. I think they run true to American sizing. I tried to shrink them by putting them in the dryer with high heat. They actually shrank very little so they seem pretty easy to care for. If I order any more, I will try my true sizing. As far as biking, they are comfortable and worked well as designed. I would buy again.

Ohuhu vs. Xcellent Global vs. Baleaf
It was difficult for me to tell which was “best” based on the descriptions and reviews so I decided to order one each of the Ohuhu, Xcellent Global and Baleaf to decide for myself.Overall, all three do a nice job of providing padding where needed, help keep me dry (and thus prevent chafing) “down there,” dry quickly, are comfortable, and appear to be wearing well. After I have ridden, and then gotten off the bike, none of them have that “full diaper” feel when I walk around. None of them have a significant “con” though there are some differences which might sway your decision as a “pro.” Do note that the sizing varies among the three…I am 5’8” with a 41” waist and 39” hips. Based on comments, I ordered the XXL size for Xcellent and Baleaf and the XL for Ohuhu.Waist size (no stretch, full stretch): Baleaf (XXL) 32” (50” full stretch); Ohuhu (XL) and Xcellent (XXL) 28” (48” full stretch).Inseam – 2” Ohuhu, 3” Baleaf, 4” XcellentThe pad is very similar on the Ohuhu and Baleaf. Slightly different on the Xcellent, but all three are comparable and adequate.Differences:Ohuhu has a more open weave in the fabric – might offer slightly better cooling but haven’t had any heat issues with the other pairs.Baleaf – grippy elastic at bottom of legs – may help keep the legs from creeping up, though haven’t found it to be a problem on the other two pairs.

Well made. Good deal. Like other better
This is an update of my original review. The day after the review, I returned the one that I had not used and received a refund. To my surprise the vendor contacted me and sent me two replacement pairs in the large size, free of charge and asked me to donate the XL that I had worn. That was an unexpected, and quite admirable, gesture on their part. I have now been able to compare both brands in my correct size. The padding is firmer in the Santic brand while softer in this Ohuhu brand. I have read other reviews where the person complains of the padding being too firm on the brand reviewed. For me, although I find the Ohuhu brand well constructed, I find the firmer and wider padding of the Santic considerably more comfortable. However, please keep in mind that it depends a lot on your biking. I normally bike for three to four hours at a time and my but is quite lean. If you think you would prefer a softer padding on shorter rides then this Ohuhu at half the price of the Santic is a very good deal. There is also some difference in the configuration of the pads. I am adding a photo comparing the two brands. The Ohuhu is the blue one on the right. Hope this provides some help in your selection. In appreciation to others who have written reviews which have helped me make wise choices, this is my second product review. It is important to note that I have not been offered anything for this review. For reference, I am 5′ 10″, weigh 163 lbs. (naked) and wear 34″ waist Levis. I ordered two pairs of these (per customer recommendations to get one size larger) in XL and they were one size too large. Regarding the quality: They are well made and a good deal for the price. However, I ordered a pair of Santic Cycling Shorts as a replacement for the pair that I had not used. I find the padding more comfortable. They are more expensive. but worth it for me. These suppliers need to get their sizes straight. These Ohuhu were too large in XL while the Santic Short in XL were too small and I needed to exchange them for XXL. I wear medium underwear, never L, XL, XXL. In both cases, I find that using Chamois Butt’r, purchased on Amazon, makes a big difference in comfort. You may wish to read my first review of the Santic shorts. I hope this is of value to you in making a choice. Safe Biking!

Excellent cycling shorts for the price
I bought one pair of these a few years ago, put about a year of riding on them, and eventually bought a 2nd pair because they were so effective for the cost. I felt they deserved a positive review since I’m still using them today.I wear 34-36 waist usually and the XL has fit well and comfortably since day one. For my legs the elastic grip works plenty well, never noticed any slipping issues. The actual pad makes a considerable difference on long mountain bike rides. Much less pain on the sitting bones.I think these are a great product and save me from having to buy overpriced boutique riding underwear.

    OK for the Price
As others said, the material is thin but I find it to be ok as the padding is thick and dense enough. The sizes run a bit large. If you are on the border between sizes, I recommend the smaller size. I bought a second pair. Even if they don’t last too long, at this price it’s a deal.

Very good fit, was worried that the leg length being so short would be a problem as I often cheaper shorts ride up my leg. Strangely as the leg length is cut so short there is no gathering of the material at all – brilliant. A great undershort bike pants, won’t go back to normal bike pants.

I’m 5’7, weigh 180 lbs. I thought that I would have to size up so I ordered a large. Mistake. The large was way too big. I returned them and ordered a Small. These now fit really well.Fit is snug as cycling pants should be. Fabric has lots of stretch. Not made of cycling lycra. They are short, not necessarily meant for outdoor, but great for indoor cycling. Pad is placed well. Comfortable.I think they are good value.

Bought two shorts so one is always laundered and ready to use. Spent some hours in these and found them to be pretty comfy. The padding does get warm but that is not a problem at least for this time of year. They aren’t pleasant to walk around in but that is true of most padded shorts. The padding definitely helped reduce the pressure points making longer rides easier. All in all, I would recommend these underwear shorts as an affordable and effective way to cut down on the pressure and friction from bicycle seats.
