Still great 8 months later!
My cats have been wearing these air tag holders for ~8 months now. The size is perfect and Iâm glad I could use the collars my cats already have and didnât need to buy new ones. This is a safety precaution as my boys are indoor only. It seems comfortable because they donât fuss with it. I am very happy with the durability and performance! If your cat is the type to try and rip this off then Iâm not sure this is for you. Silicone wonât really survive teeth and claws.

Stylish Peace of Mind
I was looking at collars with built in airtag holders but someone in the reviews said getting something like this that attaches to a collar was a better quality option. After more than a month of use it seems good, I don’t have any concern about the airtag popping out or breaking off my kitty’s collar. I had to loosen my cat’s collar a good bit for it to fit without being tight on her neck due to the stretchy nature and shape of the holder. Initially it was a bit odd on her neck but the collar wore in a bit the traditional name/rabies tag balances with the airtag and it has found a good way to hang on her neck and she doesn’t seem to mind it at all.This has brought me so much peace of mind about my kitty. She was an indoor cat for years but showed the desire to start spending time outside, it has been a bit of a nervy process for me allowing her outside more and more this past year. A few times she has snuck under the fence, a shed, or gone here or there and I had a few panicked minutes searching for her. My kitty is so happy when she gets to spend time outside, and this airtag makes me so much more comfortable letting her out more often.

I was worried that the openings that the collar threads through would be too wide for my cats narrow collars but it was no problem. My cats collars are 3/8â which is quite narrow/the width of a tiny kitten collar and these fit fine. You put the air tag in from the side that is nearest to the collar/the cat so I think having that contact will keep the tag from popping out. I put it on their collars for a few days without the AirTag to let them adjust and they seemed unbothered by it, despite being fairly new to wearing collars at all!
