The ice pack fits perfectly in the feeder because it’s designed to. There’s not much else to say about it.I did notice, though, that it doesn’t keep wet food cold for very long in this hot summer weather we’ve been having, so it doesn’t fully offer the convenience I hoped I’d get with a timed feeder. However, I think that has more to do with the lack of insulation in the feeder itself than with the ice pack design. It did a better job in the slightly cooler months.Overall I’m happy with this purchase.
