Pull Out Under Cabinet Mounted Spice Rack
I ordered this spice rack in an effort to save space in my very small kitchen. I was surprised to find out that it actually came with spice jars as well. So that was a bonus to me. I like the way that it mounts under the shelf in the cabinet with the provided adhesive strip. It stays pretty well. The rack pulls out and down to access the spice jars. When done, you just slide the rack back into the base out of the way. It is easy to install and easy to use. It also saves a lot of space and can be used for a variety of things. I am very happy with this purchase.

Didn’t even get to mount it, unboxed it to find one of the spice jars completely shattered
Not happy with this product. When I opened it, I had to deal with a mess of glass shards. I should have just thrown away the whole box, as I spent a lot of time vacuuming up glass specks and shards (I have crawling babies) because one of the jars broke to pieces. The rest of jars are cheap with cheap openings. The rack is somewhat hard to pull out and bend down. I cannot recommend this product even if the concept seemed cool.

Really 3.5 Stars – See Edit
I really didn’t want to rate this at 3 stars, but I think 4 stars are too many. There were a couple of issues that brought my rating down. This came with 6 spice bottles but 2 were shattered despite being bubble wrapped inside the package. Consequently, I found tiny fragments of glass inside the spice rack and on my countertop. Be careful if you hear any rattling noises when you open it and watch for glass fragments. The bottles themselves are nice, but they are not the standard size American spice bottles. They are very slightly shorter and fatter than my grocery store and Penzeys round spice jars. The organizer will only hold 6 spice jars, not 7 if you use the ones provided and there is a little wiggle room left that allows the jars to move around somewhat. I am able to store 6 Penzeys jars, but the height of these jars require a little extra push to seat them properly. I’m not sure how this will, over time, affect the stickiness of the tape used secure the organizer to the shelf. I have ordered some square spice jars and am hoping these might work a little better. The lids for the jars sent with the organizer are rather thin metal with plastic threads that serve to help seal the bottles. The top of the lids twist open to expose one set of small holes and a second set of larger holes for sprinkling spices. You will have to remove the lid to measure by the spoonful. I was hoping I could use the lids from the broken bottles on my other jars, but they are not a standard size and are just slightly too large to screw on any of my other jars (both round and square). The organizer itself is made of plastic and hooks onto the front of a shelf. There is a strip of 3m tape on the top back to secure it underneath the shelf. This will not mount under my cabinet due to the bottom lip of the cabinet being too thick to accommodate the hooks. Installation is extremely easy.I would have given this product a much higher rating if the jars and lids were a standard size and all the jars were intact. The other reason for a lower rating is because the product photo shows 7 spice jars but in reality it only holds 6 and is shipped with only 6. I honestly don’t know what size jars you need if you want to store more than 6 jars.Given the issues I mentioned, I do like it but I wish the description were more accurate as to jar size and number of jars it will actually hold.Edit 4/23/2024-The adhesive tape only held for about 1 day. Fortunately, there were some bowls underneath the rack so it didn’t fall out. I will have to find some better solution to secure it to the shelf. I can no longer recommend this item.

ok item
This spice holder is made of plastic. The spices are stored into a drawer like contraption that slides out and tilts. It does sometimes stick and have to be be wiggled around a little bit. It attaches with a 3M double sided strip and also it has two hooks. It stays in place reasonably well.It comes with 7 glass spice containers which arrived intact. You would need to label them if you are going to use them or you can use your own original containers. The issue with this is as you can see on the picture you cannot see the label of the spice as it’s hidden behind the drawer thing. The work around is to place the spices upside down.

Good for What It Is
I couldn’t use it where I wanted to because the lip on my cabinets was too large, but it was very easy to install somewhere else. I think the sliding mechanism could work a bit better but it’s definitely good enough for the price. It’s also a bonus that it does actually include the seven spice jars (I don’t see it now, but when I ordered it, it said the jars weren’t included).

Make Sure it Will Fit Your Shelf
I got this organizer in order to keep my most used spices close to the stove, rather than in the pantry or cupboard. Upon opening, glass fell all over the counter and floor, as one jar had shattered at some point. It took a while to get all of the shards of glass off the floor, necessary because we have a dog. I had to try several cabinets to find one that worked for the holders. Ultimately it only worked on the edge of a shelf. I don’t know about the adhesive holder; it doesn’t seem strong enough to hold the weight of the spices, but we’ll see. I can place some of the spices that I already have in it as they fit it well. The lids can be difficult to get off; you have to be careful to thread them perfectly or they will not close properly. This isn’t normally a problem, but for some reason, it’s hard to do with these jars. You can twist off the lid to reveal holes for sprinkling the spice, but you need to remove the whole lid if you need to measure out some of the spice. I think over all, there’s probably better spice racks on the market.

Poor quality
This Mount-It! Spice Rack Organizer is poor quality. The glass spice jars are really heavy and frankly we’re shattered on arrival.
