Not for working dogs
I bought this to place on my dog’s collar that he wears while at home. It didn’t last 24 hours before it was ripped off from him playing in the yard. This product would be great for dogs with low energy and have a low likelihood of running through brush and such.I even tried scuffing up the back side, cleaning it, and using epoxy to glue it to the collar. It did not stick with the silicon. Had to at least try.I’m unsure why, but it was difficult for us to scan the aztec code with either of our phones. Any glare from light made it very difficult to scan. This could be user error or just not a great background to scan. I live in a place with a lot of sun and could pose a problem.So overall, not for working or high energy dogs. Probably great for low energy and dogs that aren’t so rough in play.EDIT: I’ve changed my stars, due to the level of customer service they have provided by reaching out on their own with options to either replace the tag or offer a refund. It seems like a rarity to find a business that will reach out to help resolve issues with their products. Thanks!

They tear and fall off. They need to be redesigned.
I really like the idea of these but they are made of rubber that is comparable to those rubber wrist bands. It’s a soft rubber material and will eventually tear and be lost forever.I have 3 dogs and my little dog is elderly and still has his but he doesn’t do much other than lay around so the risk of losing his is pretty low.My other two dogs however, love to play outside and rough house with each other and pull each other’s collars and these tore off with ease. They lasted about 2 months before they disappeared.Even if you have just 1 dog, if they like to scratch around their collar area, this will eventually get torn off. I managed to find one of them in the yard, torn and there’s no way to fix it, rendering it useless.They need to be reinforced with some type of metal ring and even then, I’m not sure that the rubber will still tear.The whole product needs to be redesigned. I won’t buy these again.

They are good, the app is free and you enter all of your pets info onto the app and if someone finds your pet, they scan the QR code so they can get your pet back to you. My cat would always dip hers into the water dish while drinking, but the QR code never faded. I was worried about the size at first but it didn’t seem to bother my cats, because they are lightweight.

3. I have bought 3 of these in different colors for my girl to go on her harness and collars. They are amazing and the app is top-notch. I linked all 3 tags to her online link very easily. The tag itself is silent (no jangling) and is easy to clean. Works on a QR Code or NFC to provide a ton of information if she ever becomes lost. Nice bonus, we have play dates with another puppy who grabs the tags during play time and she hasn’t damaged them in any way – they still look brand new! Super value and peace of mind.

I loveee this purchase. Itâs lightweight and non metal so you donât hear the metal clashing while they walk. Iâve bought previous tags on Amazon this one is far the best. Love how you can track your pet keep them safe ðð¼

DO NOT PURCHASE
I bought two for my two dogs. One got out of the gate, and I couldn’t find him anywhere. Thinking how smart I was that I had already set up both of their profiles with my phone number and address. When i opened the app, it prompted me to log in again, which was odd, and there WERE NO PET PROFILES! I was panicing, as it had now been hours. I scanned my other dog’s tag, and his name and picture came up WITH NO OTHER INFORMATION, no phone address, and said I haven’t set up the profile. Do not depend on these AT ALL.I found my pup luckily he is chipped, and stayed fairly close, but the gps was the huge selling point for me on these.I tried to reach out to customer service, and no one returned my call.I’m going try and get a refund, as these are garbage.The app it connects with just asks you to take pictures of your dog repeatly everyday, in different places. If none of the software works as intended, what are the real intentions behind this product?

Nice looking and easy to use, but got lost after a couple of months
Really liked the look of this and the ease of setting up a profile for my pup. The silence must also be quite welcome for him compared to jingly tags! Even the metal keyring/clasp to attach to the collar is quiet. The silicone tag itself seems nice and durable, but we did lose it after a couple of months, somehow … not sure how that happened as the clasp seems pretty sturdy. I still bought a new one to replace it, as I otherwise like it!

I wasnât expecting this level of quality
Itâs a simple silicone tag but the QR code allows you to set up an entire account for your pet. Itâs pretty cool, actually. He does try to chew it, but as a 4 month old he chews his collar, harness, and leash, too.
