I get extremely oily in the T zone and been looking for something talc free that WORKS (which is HARD). Iâve tried all the ones people rave about on TikTok, IG and YT for them to be just⦠okay. This one here????? WORKS.Kept me from getting oily ALL DAY without any touch ups. Towards the end of the day i did see a little shininess but not bad at all. The kind where you ignore vs feeling grossCons:it smellsâ¦. but the smell doesnât linger. Goes away after a few minutesIt does make your skin feel dry and a bit tight. Not something us oily folks have to worry about because that feeling doesnât last longIt DOES NOT come with an applicator and as a guy I donât really have any just laying around so I did have to buy one at the store quickly to try it.It is small but as to be expected at this price pointPros:Keeps you oil free for hoursDoes not make you look like a ghost (I know this is the one you were looking for) it truly is translucent. HOWEVER i donât think youâd want to âbakeâ with this but at the same time using this you wouldnât even have to âbakeâ.Blurry effect, it does blur imperfections and trust I have HUGE looking pores and it smoothed a lot of it out.A little goes a LONG way with this one lol donât cake it on.

Works great except for the flashback
I would give this powder five stars if not for the flashback (meaning when you take photos with flash, you can see a white cast under the eyes) otherwise it is mattifying (which i love as an oily skin girly) and lasts all day! But really wish they could somehow fix the flashback issue bc I have to plan around that, if I know Iâm taking pics I wonât use it :/

Too loose
Very powdery, very white. This is super light and powdery. Flies all over the place during application. Bought due to histamine issues. This did not cause a reaction. Just very messy to use.

Does the job – without the toxins!
I got this after trying to detox my frequently used products, and discovering my setting powder had talc and other nasties in it.This powder somehow disperses everywhere a bit more than my previous one (Laura mercier ultra blur), but it still does a great job. I use a brush to dust away any excess that gets left behind on my skin. A small trade off for a much safer product. I donât feel worried inhaling any of these particles compared to my previous powder.

Perfect setting powder!
This is the perfect setting powder. I was using the Ilia translucent powder, which is also awesome but definitely pricey and this is just as good, if not better in my opinion. It also lasts for a while, so you get a lot of use out of just one item. This is on my list of repeat purchases and is a staple in my routine. Definitely recommend!
