This is the second one I’ve bought!
I got this bag in blue for myself and hubby liked it so much I had to get him one too!! I have used it hiking, traveling, and to the beach. The built in rain shell is awesome! The hydration pack works great. It is big enough for everything and I always feel like I can stuff a little more in there. Very well designed, it’s very attractive, super functional and great quality. Lot’s of pockets for snacks and keeping things separate. It has the perfect strap setup to be amazing comfortable for hours and hours of use. I know cos I use it a lot!! The water bottle holder fits my Nalgene bottle perfectly. You can’t go wrong with this bag and you will love it if you get it. Get the blue one. The color is soooo pretty!

Well Made Backpack
This backpack has well made and has held up nicely to nearly weekly use over the last 6 months or so. It comes with a 3l bladder and I am able to fit an extra 2l bladder next to it. It is comfortable to wear and does not leak either from the bladder or mouthpiece. I have a lot of extra equipment loaded into it and even with the added weight Iâve noticed no tears or rips.

Holds so much more than you would think and SOO well designed!
This backpack was perfect for a 4.5-week trip with lots of walking, hiking, and day trips in a hot climate. It kept my water cool all day, was super easy to use, and fit so much more than I thought! This bag has so many little things that were such a huge help – like the clips on the front were perfect for hooking my hat while keeping easy access. Also, the mouthpiece locks AND has a cover, so not only do you not have to worry about it getting dirty, but it doesn’t leak. The only issue I had was that one of the straps ripped after only a couple of weeks. It didn’t affect the use but I was worried it would get worse. Great product, especially for the price!

Seriously, this is bag ticks off every one of the boxes of a small day pack that I would want. Great material, solid construction, lots of compartments, well-thought out features to hold oversized items. I even liked how the rain fly is socked away in its own little zippered pocket. But yikes! They need to change the photo of whatever color they are calling this to something other than âGreenâ or turquoise or teal or Cyanobacteria. It ainât like it is in the app. Just to make sure, I checked the color on 3 different mobile devices AND on the website on a PC. None of those look like what came. Even other customersâ photos do not look like the color of the bag I have. If it were the color in the photos and apps, it wouldâve been perfect! It wouldâve matched my Mystery Ranch Scree exactly, so no one can mistakenly taken my bag. I wish I had enough time before my trip to exchange for a different color. I could just take it as is, but it would just bug my OCD too much. I would totally buy it again if the color was accurate. If it was a bad dye lot, please contact me and I will get back to you when Iâm home.

Great bag and hydration bladder.
I am amazed at all the pockets on this backpack, and how much stuff it can hold. My husband crammed it full of snacks and treats for our hike, and I was amazed at how heavy he had it, before we even put the water bladder in it. Weâve had a 2 L water bladder in the past, the extra liter was appreciated, because it allowed him to put some water in the water bottle that we were carrying for the dog, when he ran out.The water bladder has a nice large opening. It attaches easily to the backpack. It did not leak. There were no problems getting water out of the hose. It is a little harder to prop this bag open, to properly allow the air to circulate for drying the inside.The zippers glide smoothly. No problems with the stitching. There is adequate airflow on the back. Shoulder straps are padded. We really like this bag.

I bought this for hiking in Montana. It held all of my stuff with good access points. It rides very comfortably with a full bladder. I did swap out the bladder. The one that came with it would not lose its chemical taste. No matter what I did. Overall the best pack I purchased from Amazon

Good size for a long day hiking.
I loved this backpack so much that I ordered a second one. I use it for long one day hikes and 2-3 day camping trips. Very comfortable and they hold plenty of gear. The hydration pack was a must for me so I didn’t have to carry a second bag.

Didn’t fit well. More a man sized fit.
I chose this because of the waist belt and the color but these are the only features I like and wish I had returned it in time. I don’t use the water bladder, I prefer an easy to wash canteen. It felt like it was sized for someone with wider shoulders, the shoulder straps didn’t lay flat. I’m 5ft 2 in. I think the padding strips on the back would have worked for a larger person but they were spread too wide apart to hold the bag off my back and allow air circulation. The rain cover is a nice feature and the whistle built into the chest strap.
