Works better for my hair type than traditional mousse
I donât use hair mousse very often as itâs usually sticky and makes my hair crunchy, but I really like this Pacifica Vanilla Oat Milk Mousse! The bottle is a good size, and I love that this is a pump and not a spray top. This smells much better than the conditioner of the same scent, so thatâs a plus! The foamy consistency is a little sticky on the hands at first, but it doesnât feel that way in my hair. It has a smooth and even application, and dries quick. It leaves my hair feeling bouncy and definitely gives a slight voluminous effect. It didnât weigh down my hair, so it didnât do much for my frizz, but itâs super lightweight and makes my hair feel soft! This is a great lightweight option for mousse for people with wavy or fine hair!

Light Hold and soft volume, but Not so much Hydration
The directions say to use their conditioner before this mousse, which I didn’t do, so I may not have gotten the full effect. I have a lot of shoulder length hair, so started with two pumps that I worked through it, combed and scrunched. Then I added about a half a pump or so to style it. (The first time I used this I didn’t follow directions as well).PROS: 1. It seems to give some control to my “bangs” and add body, but didn’t make my hair feel stiff. 2. It’s a pleasant scent though I wouldn’t call it vanilla. 3. the Pump works great. 4. It feels good (clean) in my hair.Considerations: 1. My hair didn’t look especially shiny or lustrous after using it (perhaps that’s what their conditioner is for, but it does mention hydration in the listing).Note that after using this there’s quite a bit left on my hands, so I’d just get a little water on my hands and then dry them on my hair so as not to waste any product.

Wife’s favorite brand
She loves Pacifica and what they stand for, so I got her this mousse to use as part of her hair care routine. She told me she doesn’t use mousse too often, her hair is pretty thick and voluminous on its own, but sometimes she wants to do something different style-wise or straighten her hair and then she will have more opportunities to use it. She likes the texture of the mouse as it comes out of the bottle and into the hair – not sticky or too thick like some other products. And it gives some body and fullness without that “hair glue” stuck together look. Lovely light pleasant scent and it washes off the hands easily after application. Vegan and cruelty-free, like all Pacifica products. Great stuff.

Creamy mousse, easy to apply, gives texture and soft body
This review is for Pacifica Vanilla Oat Milk Volumizing Mousse. Bottle says: Volumizing Whipped Cream, 100% vegan, cruelty-free; formulated without SLS, parabens, phthalates; How: Pre-Style â apply to hair after conditioner, evenly distribute from roots to tips, style as desired or air dry; Set Your Style â pump foam into your palms, work evenly throughout strands, style as usual; first ingredients: water, glycerin, VP/VA copolymer, propanediol, capryloyl/caproyl methyl glucamide; made in Canada with global ingredients. The pump works very well to dispense the product. The product is a soft white creamy foam that spreads evenly and smoothly between the hands then is applied onto the hair. It is very different from and works much better than old style mousses. The mousse has a light scent, slightly fruity and lemony (does not smell like vanilla at all) that does not linger on hair. It leaves a slightly tacky feeling on the hands after applying to hair that washes off with soap. The product resulted in hair with moderate body and good texture after air drying, tamed frizz, and gave hair a slight sheen (but not shiny). It did not seem to attract dirt to hair.

Does well
I got it to help add some volume and thickness to my hair and Iâll say it did okay. It gave some shine and it wasnât that greasy. My hair felt nice and soft after a while. I will say that I think itâs a bit pricey as you donât really get that much product and I feel like I can go through this bottle in a week of two
