A good exercise to help me stay strong
These bands are very good quality. I am a 61 yr female that has recently added yoga and weights to my daily exercise routine. Research lead me to resistance training as another type of exercise to add to my workouts. I took one star off because I was hoping more exercises would be listed in the printed leaflet included. They do make up for it by having more exercise options online but I prefer to have them printed as a visual reference when exercising. I workout program where the instructor uses similar bands but looked up the price and they were more than double than these. I decided to try these out instead due to price, (Iâve used the thinner bands before but always struggled with them rolling up) and because these look like they stayed in place better. Iwas not disappointed! They are a thick elastic material, in fun colors so easy to distinguish level of resistance. I love how well they stay in place and do not dig into your thighs when in use. Also much easier to transition from different bands during a workout. They fold down nicely and fit perfect In The carrying pouch provided. Great product for the price.

I took up archery as a new hobby. Turns out, it’s a strength sport and I lack strength in my arms and upper back. These resistance bands might be advertised as for your booty, but I use it for my arms. I just have to pull on them like I would an archery bow and hopefully I’ll slowly start to strengthen my arm muscles. It comes in a pack of 4 with different poundage. I’m starting off on the turquoise one which is the lightest. It gives good resistance. The heaviest one (black one) says ‘Heroic’. Good luck pulling that one! It comes with a net bag so you can keep it all together so it’s tidy and organised.
